I was there on 1/11 and my 11 year old daughters black My Chemical Romance t-shirt that has a marching drummer or something was stolen along with my wife's red hoodie she got from her job it's a red generations hoodie it says hood 2 coast and several pairs of my winter socks were stolen there was an attendant onsite and they have cameras.

Pricey washing machines, and too many out of order washers and dryers. Staff on duty are very helpful. Found customers to be rude by staking claim on folding counters while waiting for laundry and not allowing those who had laundry to fold. I had to use the bench seat to fold bedding and laundry.

When I go there it's always clean it smells good the washers and dryers are continuously being cleaned out after someone do the laundry the people there are very friendly and very helpful I love that laundromat this is my first experience ever using a laundromat and it's close to where I live thank you echo

Expensive and the aren't many washers or dryers. 3 or 4 small size washers, 3 or 4 medium and a couple large size and the dryers are quite a few but with every other one not working and it's usually packed.

I have been coming to this laundry for three years and I feel very comfortable washing my belongings here since the laundry has good hygiene and the workers are very attentive.

Honestly, the best laundromat I have ever used in my life, period. The only bummer is that it gets super busy on the weekend, but that isn't their fault.

ADDITIONAL REVIEW?My husband went to this laundromat to wash all our towels and blankets because the size of the washers is way more worth the money then the regular washers at our apartment. Anyways he ended up leaving probably half of our blankets behind. I didn't notice anything missing for a couple days then noticed our baby didn't have any blankets and she has a lot so I knew then that belongings were left behind. I called one evening and the lady looked for me but didn't have our belongings. I was upset of course but by the next day I had accepted the loss of half of our blankets. All of a sudden the laundromat is calling me so I answered with hope that our things were located and to my surprise it was a different employee (I forgot your name, ? sorry). She was calling to inform me that they did in fact have all of our missing blankets. She stated that the lady the night before likely wasn't aware or didn't know where to look. Anyways, I was very surprised that she took the time to locate my number from the caller ID and make sure that mine and my children's blankets got back to me. Thank both of you ladies, I really appreciate you two for working together to locate and return my stuff! As long as i live near this laundromat it will be my go to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I've only been here a couple times and have never done laundry at the facility but I have got coins so that I can do my family's laundry at our apartments. I seen the same lady both times and she was very friendly and did not have an issue with me just getting quarters from their machines. The facility looks clean and well maintained. I may consider doing my laundry here if I can save time and money by being able to launder bigger loads.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I saw them cleaning and maintaining machines too. I appreciate the sanitize pre wash as I have allergies from remnant chemicals in softeners. They were having issues with Onpoint credit and debit cards which is all I have so I recommend cash if u carry those.

I've been using this laundromat for 12 years and praised it without reserve on Yelp and to anyone who needed a well-run, reliable, clean laundromat. Not any more. It may be as clean, but the number of machines (mostly the double-load size washers) have been non functional for many weeks. The prior owners took exemplary care of the facility and of their clientele. Well, just not the case anymore. Even when the place is less than crowded, getting laundry done in the formerly timely way may prove impossible. The 50 cent fee for using a card v. cash -- which isn't stated anywhere onsite -- is an additional annoyance If you have cash, don't count on the change machines to be working If my car hadn't been stolen, I'd go elsewhere.

Some of the nicest people work here on the weekends! Very clean safe and well lit with a decent amount of parking. Some air b n b folks do their laundry out of here and can be knowledgeable of the attendent is busy so that is nice too.

It's honestly one of the best laundromats I have ever been to in Portland, as far as clean machines, how many there are, and the overall cleanliness of the place. I love the employees too. Very friendly!My only two gripes are that the prices are a bit steep and it gets very stuffy in there. Be prepared to take your hoodie off!

Clean cheap I get out of there with wash and dry never more than like 15 bucks at the most they're they're eight loads washers with extra rims hot for 1350 in about a dollar fifty for 30 minutes Drive and really not a bad place and it's manned

This is one of the few pleasant laundromats I have visited. The machines are new and clean. The dryers come with a card reader. Be sure to check this place out!

What a great place! So clean (and you can see the employees regularly doing detailed clean-up work). Everything is super easy but the really kind staff is ready to help if you get confused. After trying several other places in the area, I would never go anywhere else.

Above & beyond! We got there a little late but on time for last wash at 9 PM. Owner was there cleaning up and getting some projects done and had no problem with us staying a little later to make sure our clothes were fully dry after 10 PM. Obviously don’t expect that but it sure is nice when you don’t have to be rushed out the door. Really appreciate the hospitality. The machines were nice too.
