My husband and I were visiting Portland and we had some time to kill before heading to the airport so we decided to stop in. As soon as we walked in, we told Eric Barr, the associate in the store, that we were just browsing and would not be purchasing because we live on the East coast but are in the market for a new bed. Eric could have turned us loose and not thought twice about us but instead he treated us with the same sincerity and respect as he would have a paying customer. He went as far as getting us “fitted” for a mattress using the smart bed technology. He educated us and talked to us about the different types of mattresses, etc. If we were local, we would have purchased on the spot. Thank you, Eric, for your kindness and education.

Eric Barr was PHENOMENAL!!! We were looking for a mattress and went to Mattress World and had a horrible experience. We came here and Eric really made up for that bad experience. He was PRESENT the whole time and we appreciated it. Wishing him a very happy birthday as well. He needs a raise and some time off WITH pay lol. Thanks for helping my mother, Eric

I have been a BedMart customer for 24 years. I worked with Eric on getting my mattress. He put in a ton of time and patience helping me get the correct product for my body pain issues. I went with an adjustable bed and look forward to much better sleep. I will never go anywhere else to buy my mattresses. I also had my mom purchase a mattress with Eric. Thank you Eric for all of your patience and knowledge of what the body needs for good quality and healthy sleep.

Jeremy is the best sales person and customer service oriented individual I have ever met. He didn't try and upsale me - he guided me to the perfect mattress. He took the time to explain the differences to me. I made the best purchase. The Kingsdown mattress is amazing. I have had the best nights sleep in years since this arrived last week. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Jeremy as your sales person, Kingsdown Mattress as the mattress of choice, and BedMart be the next and only place you shop for a mattress.

Went in to the Jantzen Beach store for some pillows, walked out with perfect set of pillows, a much greater understanding of modern pillow tech, and some great war stories re: their WARGAMES-esque point of sale system. We're gonna love our new pillows! When it's time for a new mattress, we'll definitely return here.

I stopped at this Bedsmart in Hayden Meadows with my sister to look for a new mattress. Jeff was so helpful in helping me understand the difference in the types of mattresses and the different brands. I gave him my price range and then he had me try two different mattresses and when I chose one, he then had me try another one that was similar. Through elination process I found the perfect mattress for me. Thank you, Jeff!!

Jeff was amazing!! He gave us the best customer service and walked us through what was a ton of different options as we were both picky with our selection. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. In the end we felt extremely satisfied with the bed we chose and felt well taken care of as customers.He definitely made it so that we will come back when we need another bed 10 years from now!
