If you're in search of a luxury experience for a luxury purchase, look no further. Bedmart of Jantzen Beach is the place to go. Employee, Michael, was a god send for us. Most of the time people say to keep your secrets to yourself when you're making a purchase, but the more honest we were with Michael, the more he helped. He went above and beyond when answering our questions and working with our crazy timeline. He is knowledgeable, kind, and profusely courteous. I'm so glad we stumbled into the store at random, because we found a hidden gem. If you're in need of a new sleep experience, look no further cause this is the place. 10/10 - would absolutely recommend. Michael, you're the bomb!

Michael helped us find our right mattress as a couple looking into mattresses moving in with eachother for the first time!He helped us look at all the options and make the best decision for us. He didn’t just sell but had a conversation with us.He was well informed in all mattresses and acted in a professional matter.

This experience was so easy. Compared to shopping at Matress Firm, this was a breeze. The technology and science behind finding the perfect mattress for us was pretty cool and really worked! We had 3 different options that were all really geared into what we needed/wanted and we just chose the one that felt the best for us. It was easy to add in a mattress protector and pillows and we jazzed it up with a fancy adjustable bed base. Super satisfied with the customer service that Michael provided and would highly recommend to anyone!

Very helpful. We were being helped by Hamdi yesterday. He was very friendly and helpful. We are very glad we came in here as our last place to try. The mattress and base we picked seems a lot better than the other places we had checked. We had a great experience with everyone there.

Recently purchased a mattress from BedMart and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Tim, the sales associate. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, helping me find the perfect mattress for our needs. His customer service was top-notch, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Randomly stopped in just to compare pricing with a different mattress brand we had in mind and walked out with a brand new mattress. Micheal answered all of our questions, gave excellent customer service, it was like he knew exactly what we needed and sold us a mattress that is everything we were looking for! My husband and I walked into this BedMart because we needed to upgrade our old mattress in quality and size. King size here we come!!This was the first place we went to begin our mattress research project. I expected we would go to several places, take notes, and do some substantial online research. None of this happened.Tim greeted us promptly and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a joy to work with. He has been in the business a long time, and it showed. He easily answered all my questions and was not using high pressure sales tactics.We ended up getting a Tempur Pedic with an adjustable frame. I truly believe my husband and I will sleep much better once our bed shows up.If you are in the market for a new bed, do yourself a favor and go chat with Tim. You will not be disappointed.
