Amazing experience from start to finish as always. I have been a customer since 2019, and I don't see myself ever changing it up. Aside from having a reliable car the entire team is the best company to be around. Jeff is always looking at the customers best interest. He treats you like a family member. If service ever takes a bit of time they have a nice waiting area along with the option of a loaner if you don't want to wait. Dealerships can be stressful, but I'm always at ease with their team. Forever grateful for their customer service.

I love this place. I’ve had a few issues with my Q50 over the past year and they are always able to get me in quickly and get things working perfect. Eric is an amazing advisor and always makes sure everything is taken care of. Everyone is really kind and easy to work with, from the techs to the schedulers. I never thought car maintenance could be this convenient, I seriously appreciate the team here and everything they do!

The purchase was quick and relatively painless. The upsells were minimal and our salesman only asked 1-2 times. I am ok with that. Higher pressure sends me to a different dealer.

Have been coming here for years since I moved into the area. As my car has gotten older, more issues keep coming up. Over the last 12 months have come here no less than 3 times plus a pop in to diagnosis issues of white smoke and very rough ride. Whenever I come by they tell me they can’t replicate the issue I see every time. Last scheduled visit the manager said pop in next time as it’s happening. Was in the area and decided to do so. I live far away and there is only 1 dealership in the metro area. They couldn’t make time for a quick road test drive (not fix but to help them replicate the issue) nor accommodate a loaner if I left it until another day. At this point I have lost trust in their ability to service the vehicle as well as accommodate someone who has spent a fair amount on maintenance over the years. I won’t be getting another Infiniti. I love my car, several cross country trips through mountain, desert, snow, and off-road. But I refuse to be tethered to the service side of the equation.UPDATE: Nissan of Portland finally diagnosed my issue as stuck brake pads causing the vibrations. Despite being replaced her at Infiniti (and wfh and COVId light use) had this issue. Infiniti also didn’t diagnose it. Due to the pads, my rear rotors were also damaged. Besides all my time spent diagnosing, going all the way to this dealership I get salt on the wound and had to spend even more to fix. I love my G35, love it. Would not be another Infiniti due to reduced dealership options available.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Worst car buying experience we have ever had. Talk about shady. They sold us a used Infiniti with low miles on 12/23. We owned for two days before we noticed the drivers side floor mat was soaked and then we looked up to notice water stains on driver side a pillar, ceiling and sun visor which were also SOAKED. Due to Christmas we couldn't take it right back with them being closed. So 12/26 we drop the vehicle off to be fixed and detailed. We go to pick up the car TWO days later to notice there are still water stains all over when we asked that it be detailed. We then decided that after all this hassle and them trying to hide the leak and who knows what other issues they're hiding in the vehicle we want our money back! We then call them to get our money back and after talking to two managers they tell us we can't have our money back but we can trade it in for another vehicle on their lot for a lesser value then we purchased the vehicle. We literally got to drive the vehicle for two days before we had to take it back because there was issues. Very unhappy with the service and communication. They lack professionalism and I do not recommend you buying a vehicle from them! Also on their pamphlet they give you it says "why are we different" and #1 is "we are a full transparency dealership and #2 on there is "we include a 5 day money back guarantee" and #3 is "every car gets a rigorous 156-point inspection". Which if I might point is far from the truth.

Don’t expect to pay the advertised price. The one person contact that they advertise is also false. Erica the sales lady was absolutely great but unfortunately she lost the sale today because they were not prepared to sell the vehicle at the advertised price.

This place sells parts at 2 to 3 times the retail price. It doesn't even provide the part number to prevent customers finding out they are being ripped off. Not good.
