I needed a minor adjustment on my newly installed shower faucet. The service call was easy to schedule, and Tannen arrived on time, let me know what he needed to do and then made the adjustment quickly. BathFitters has been great to work with and I highly recommend them.

Tyson Wright was very professional and proficient. He and his crew explained the job as they went. They cleaned everything up very nicely, appreciate that ?. We should have had Bath Fitters come out sooner! We are happy with our new, bigger shower so far!! Thanks for “making showering great again” ???

Eric Dotson came to the house and was very informative in explaining the product. We were impressed with the pricing. Tony was the installer and did a great job. He was on time for the appointment, quick and professional in the installation. That sound good enough now how do you post it

In May 2024, literally in two days, Tony Smith and Tyson Wright did an excellent job of demolishing and remodeling my two bathrooms.
They took out my 1976 metal bathtub with tile in the guest bathroom and they even got rid of the useless soffet that made the shower space brighter and bigger in the guest bathroom while also removing the walk-in tile shower in the main bedroom.
They installed two new wrap around white textured acrylic walk-in showers with bath fixtures, with the guest bathroom having added grab bars and a privacy glass rain design sliding doors. I was pleased they were able to repurpose the previous walk-in shower door for the main bathroom as well.
Both men were very Professional, Personable and Efficient. They even worked with and around another construction company that was also working in the house at the same time.
When the job was completed, they left everything in pristine condition. I can't praise them enough and highly recommend Bath Fitter and Tony Smith and Tyson Wright as installers.

We recently had our existing tub removed and a new Beautiful shower installed. Tony was our install specialist. He was on time, friendly, knew exactly how and what we wanted. His work was clean and very professional,. When he left there was no trace of a project going on! We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Tony at Bath Fitter!

Wow! Amazing work! Everyone we talked to were professional and didn’t waste time. I cannot express how grateful we are to have a new shower! The difference before and after is night and day! Cody & Tyson did such an amazing job! The kids like to call it our “hotel” shower because it is so much nicer and larger than our older one.

We are so happy that we chose Bathfitter to help us repair and update both our bathtub area and standing shower. We absolutely love our new bathtub and shower. The process from choosing the the different components with the salesperson, Eric went smoothly and was explained thoroughly to us. After everything arrived at their warehouse the scheduling was easy and flexible. It was our technician Sing who really shone! He was professional and very skilled. He worked with us to get everything just right and made us comfortable with the process. There was some extra unexpected repairs that were needed. After those were completed again the scheduling was accommodating to our schedule and we were so happy to have Sing back to complete the Shower installation. Sing was able to do this in one day and explained everything to us as he was working when we had questions and left our house in better condition than when he first arrived! I would definitely recommend Bathfitter to anyone I know to update and remodel their bath and shower areas. Thank you Bathfitter and thank you Sing for improving our home and quality of life!!

Great install experience and nice looking shower. Tyson came out and like clockwork removed our old tub and installed a brand new shower. In and out in two days exactly to plan and we’re very happy with it.

Bath Fitter employees Tannen Peterson,Tony Smith, Tyson Wright and man from Toronto installed and completed our shower install and made the adjustments for the odd size. It was an excellent install, they kept the floor covered where they walked, cleaned everything when they were done.
YES, i would recommend this company.

We had 2 Bath Fitter installations at our newly purchased home in 2011. I contacted Bath Fitter in January 2024 to fix a minor problem. Jimmy Hang arrived on time and did an excellent job. While he was there, he re-caulked. He noticed some cracking, took some pictures and suggested I have them checked. Bath Fitter sent Tyson Wright to correct the problem. Tyson arrived early and the work he did surpassed my expectations. Both men were young, unsupervised and yet their work ethic was beyond anything I have seen in quite a while. Both these young men are an asset to the company. Thank you so much. The work done make both bathrooms look like new.

Cody showed up here in Springfield , he is from the Portland branch. Stayed until the job was done... Had to drive back to Salem at 7pm... Super clean, put out Mats and rugs all down the hallway and in the master bath... Absolutely killed it! thank you cody
