The black bank manager here is a shame. You will think he is black he will behave better. Worst than a racist pos. The bank manager here Jamal Abdullah is very unprofessional, arrogant, egotistic, and uncle Tom. Filling a complaint with corporate.

Very disappointed. Very understaffed. Wait time is too long. I dont know how a big bank can run unprofessional. It took me almost an hour to get to the teller helping me.

I used their ATM, that they put the money in. And they know what bills where in there! Just so they can charge me money, for money that is damaged beyond use. (Who is going to count out money at a ATM?) Then exchange it. The teller told me to take it to my bank and "not show the receipt". You are supposed to take it back to the bank you got it from. There is a legal form to fill out, because the note needs to be re-issued, as a star note. And you knew that, and your soo lazy that you just put it back in the machine. Now I spent 23$ to get 180$ out of your ATM. Good business practice. How's about fixing your mistakes. I just contacted you through Google maps! Are you going to fix this, or not?

The worst bank ever! You have to make an appointment for everything because they're so special but really understaffed. It's like they look for reasons not to help you! Bank anywhere but B of A!

Im a local contractor and came to cash a check from another local contractor who banks with Bank of America. No hyperbole while waiting in line for the one banker, everyone in line was talking about how terrible this location was and they forget to go to the location on 102nd. The woman in front of me said “I’ve been coming here 10 years too long” once I got to the banker with the check and my ID I was told I had to do a verification on the check. I This is standard at all banks. The manager from start said “don’t you want to cash this at your bank and not pay the fee?” It’s 4pm id rather pay the 8 dollars and not wait until Friday to get the full dollar amount. After 15 minutes he tells me he’s sorry but it can’t be verifie and I’ll have to go to my bank. I said he just wrote the check to which the manager replied “there’s no way to prove that” but I thought that was the whole signature check number system name use? Like that’s what a check is. I asked him to call my client, because clearly after working in 90°s installing air conditioners all day the dirty sweat tattooed guy is being profiled. He said he already did before and there was no answer . I called my client (picked up immediately) and he said he has no missed calls. I would now like to be a part of the conversations initially waiting in line. Blown away by the experience and the managers reluctant attitude to do what banks do and the insulting measures he took to not do them. If zero stars was possible I’d give it.

I only bank here bc I don't want to go through the process of switching my bank account. The recent $25 dollar checking account fee that recently appeared is absurd. Actually, this month I will cancel my bank account

Only one teller working. Waited over half an hour for them to finish with one guest while the line was out the door (other associates couldn't be bothered to come behind the desk and help).They then wouldn't give me change because I didn't have an account. I have never been to a bank that wouldn't do this. Horrible service and absolutely infuriating experience. If they wanted me to have an account they have just assured that that will NEVER happen.

I originally planned on clearing and unlocking my bofa account from suspicous activity through calling the fraud department and one of the employee by the name "Jamal" guided me into the room and proceeded with calling them to clear my card and when it went through they asked for an associate so i got up to let "jamal" know they needed him then proceeded to wait 15 minutes and jamal walked by like i havent been asking him and started talking with a female coworker the fraud said they had to hangup due to the extended wait time and when i told jamal that he told me i can just leave while still talking to his coworker. So we are never going back to that location again and thinking of switching banks aswell, thanks alot.

Worst branch ever! customer service is horrible starting with the security personnel. They make you wait outside no matter rain or heat. They have only 1 cashier so the waiting time is excessive.And they do not respect their Bussiness hours.

The manager would rather flirt with the pretty girls on line than actually help the line move faster. When a customer trying to finish his transaction on his lunch break asked the manager why he wasn't helping out, the manager actually called him disrespectful and asked him to leave! Unbelievable treatment of customers. After 15 minutes with only one teller and no movement at all and watching the line gradually go longer, I left.I remember now why I canceled my other two accounts with BofA and strongly considering canceling the one I have left and going elsewhere.
