Used ATM, not the first time. Got a $100.00 bill with my $300.00 transaction. Walgreens said there was something wrong with the bill. Took bill back to bank. Told them of issue. Woman manager said she could not exchange the bill with another bill even after seeing the bill was valid but said it looks like some kind of oil may have been spilled on bill at sometime. Gave me a story that she couldn't replace it because it was contaminated and had "3" employees get sick from handling contaminated currency (I suspect she was lying) Gave me a form to contact someone that would replace the bill. She was rude and dismissive. Bank fault. No resolve. Worse than bad customer service.

The manager there greeted us, helped us out and she was so relatable and friendly. She talked to us and our kids and gave them stickers and she made cashing our check (there was a mistake we made that she helped us fix), she made the process so easy and simple. She told us not to worry when we talked about how confused we were, and sympathized. It was literally our first time in a financial center in over 10 years. We deposit online normally. So worth the visit, no long line, both the manager and the teller at the window were all smiles and great conversation. I didn't catch her name but she was marvelous!

The commercial lending process was absolutely terrible. I am a small business owner and looking to buy property. I learned a lot along the way and the deepest regret I have is choosing Bank of America as a potential lender. This choice cost me a lot of time and the opportunity to buy a wonderful property.
My business partner and I had spent the prior year searching for a property that would fit our needs and finally found one. We had approached multiple lenders along the way and because we are a small potatoes we were getting very little follow-through or interest from lenders. After speaking with Rakesh, we decided to choose Bank of America for the lending. Rakesh was personable and interested in our goals and sold me on their expertise and familiarity with the SBA lending process and I felt well taken care of. And then everything changed. It’s so sad that this wonderful person is not supported by a team that can deliver on very reasonably set expectations.
After submitting robust financial data, my business partner and I were given a letter of interest giving us a dollar figure that they were interested in lending. The property that we found was less than that amount.
We applied for the mortgage and BofA mismanaged the application so badly that it compromised our ability to close on the property which translates to a loss of the earnest money we put down. Early in the application process, they were very communicative trying to get all of the documents in order. After the application was submitted it was radio silence. A week AFTER we were supposed to hear back from underwriting, we were introduced a new “team” of handlers and asked to fill out a brand new application, which was entirely redundant from what we had already filled out. The new handlers did not respond to emails or phone calls for eight business days which was a huge amount of time in our financial contingency window for this commercial property sale.
The lack of communication was such a red flag that we were scrambling to find a mortgage broker to help us develop Plan B and Plan C in order to secure alternative lending for this property. Because all of this was happening really late in the transaction window it severely limited our options. With better communication, we could have secured an additional loan guarantor or raised more capital or whatever was necessary to close the deal. Their mismanagement of the application process came at a devastating opportunity cost for me and zero accountability for them.
Incredibly stressful! Dehumanizing! Unprofessional! Possibly even discriminatory!
This was confirmation of my preference for using community banks and credit unions.
I would love to give a zero star review, but I’ll channel my energy to filing a formal complaint with the SBA.

I had a terrible experience with almost every person I dealt with at this location. As a veteran, I use USAA and needed to pull a large amount of cash. The process is grueling if you don't have an account with Bank of America - this is understandable; however, the poor attitudes and unfriendly demeanor from each employee, made me feel unwelcome and unimportant to have chosen their bank.If this is how they choose to treat their non-members and veterans, I will never become a member of this bank or use their bank as a non-member - USAA was on the phone with me the entire 33min while this was sorted out, to help support us if necessary.Bank of America and they should be embarrassed - shame on you!

The banker who helped us doesn't know anything, she started working at 9:00 in the morning and at 9:30 she said she should rest.

The most horrible, wretched service by the most vile people I have ever encountered working in a bank. They will look at a Bank of America check, and look you in the eye and lie to your face that they don't think they can cash it

I was really disappointed because when I tried to withdraw at one of their ATMs I got a notification that my card was blocked for security... but they gave me the discount on my account as if I had charged and that was not the case...

Newly designed lobby for easy access to tellers, drive thru and outside ATM gives a lot of choices for deposits, etc.

Go to any other bank. The customer service is horrible. Gabrielle the representative that greets you when you walk in the door is extremely rude and really should review customer service training. Very disappointed

Unprofessional staff refused to accept my valid Oregon temporary ID or my valid oregon permanent ID, and were rude and condescending. I'll be minimizing my use of bank of America in the future.

Very rude staff makes me want to take every dollar out my account in cash and make them scramble to get my money. I know they don't have that much money in that rude little bank

By far the worst bank in the area. Too many reasons to list but would not recommend banking here.
