My experience here is as awful I was told that I would be helped with a wire transfer in approximately 30 mins. The guy helped to other people before helping me. He said when the teller told me I could be helped that wasn’t appointment. I waited a hour and he still refuse to help me Cize I told him I felt like I was not being help because of the color of my skin. He then continued to refused to help me, they help ever other person that didn’t have brown skin.

Worthless service. Regretting opening a cc with them now, as I’m now required to open a bank account with them to make a payment. Went to the bank to open one, got a door shut in my face, while clearly there are other client in the lobby.It’s ok I’ll just not pay till they actually want to work with me.

Terrible service, maybe when I stop paying my cc you’ll actually want to work with me. Shut the door in my face, not a good look. Changing banks. F’n worthless, while every other bank out here in the same lot are open and working.

Judged by the way I look and made me wait and sit while they called to verify a 3k dollar check. I’ve never had this problem with any other Bank of America cashing 5-7k checks

I’ve been with Bank of America for 18 years the experiences. I’ve had this branch has made me close all my accounts. They are the terribly unhelpful and have zero loyalty! I have brought so much money and business through the bank and they could care less. I’m so happy to be done ✅

Please, this is the SLOWEST bank on the planet. You will be forever in line waiting. I try to avoid this place at all cost but I live really close by. So every time I go there , I cry on the inside .

My family and I had a positive experience at this Bank of America branch yesterday. Being in South East Portland they obviously tend to have a high frequency of “customers” attempting to take unfair advantage of either the banking system (I actually witnessed two elaborately attempted con jobs yesterday during my visit, one dude scoping out this branch then returning to the passenger seat of his ride, and another dude talking to himself), their hospitality, kindness inherent to their professional employees, or at least their air conditioning. We also met the manager several times, courteous and great to be around each time. Being legitimate customers, not up to anything dishonest, we experienced heroic levels of customer service and I am pleased to highly recommend this bank branch, especially if you want someone who can understand Chinese. Putting things in perspective their professionalism and eagerness to help legitimate customers is better than many of my past experiences at competing banks.

Always good experience,sometimes u have to wait,because is the only branch open at 82nd, they have good customer services and the employees very nice and respectful, that’s my experience.

The branch Manager not knowledge information the add name the checking account and she is poor manors to customer. She try to mislead the close to my checking account. I was able to add a name from a different location, and I confirmthe manager knew anything or was just being arrogant."

Funny how Bank of American branches in minority neighborhoods won’t even let their customers use their restroom while branches in majority White neighborhoods have no problem with it. Employees of places like this should be ashamed of themselves. This is what is called being a class traitor. Also funny how this review won’t show on Google.
