I visited this Bank of America location for the first time recently to update my last name after getting married. The staff went above and beyond to get it taken care of even though I didn’t have an appointment and it was around closing time. Highly recommend

My experience with this branch wasn’t that great. I called to see if someone could see me without and appt, I was told they could and to come in. I come in and the person who i talked to over the phone, tell the teller that he had me come in to make an appt. He couldn’t tell me that over the phone. I was annoyed and no, I didn’t make an appt with this branch. I rather go to a different branch who won’t make me drive all the way just to tell me I needed an appt, instead of telling me over the phone and actually able to help me set it up. The teller was great but the advisor left a lot to be desired.

Whatever you’re paying Karan, pay him double. I work in hospitality and I know how difficult it is to simultaneously manage a coworker and take care of customers. He did both flawlessly with a professional demeanor. Great experience with him!

And then after all of that - they didnt even deposit the check to the new savings account as instructed. I am just discovering now that they stuck a very large deposit into a non interest bearing checking account. Now I have to call B of A to get that fixed. I am not able to fix on own because they could not provide me a signature card to sign so I cannot view the account on line. Honestly, I'm starting to thinking opening up a savings account with B of A was a mistake. Wasting so much time on something that should be simple!

Came to set up a bank account and our car battery died in the parking lot. It was going to take 118 minutes for someone to come out and help us. Luckily, Joey was there to save the day and had us on our way in no time. Thanks for not only the great customer service opening our account but also thank you for jumping our car! It’s painful seeing this branch continually understaffed. I can’t think of a time I came by with a deposit and wasn’t in line with 5 other people with only one teller working. Meanwhile, I noticed there are Bankers doubling up on one client in their office as their only teller drowns in overwhelm (although to her credit she’s upbeat, kind, and efficient as she can be. She’s also only human like the rest of us…hey Bankers, can we get this woman a raise? I know she’s working harder than the rest of you are).Personally, I don’t bank with BoA because of how corrupt I already know them to be— but my employer uses their services so I find myself here, observing the decay of this bank over time. It’s sad. There really aren’t “better branches” to go to when it comes to BoA because so many branches are closed and the few that remain open are mirror images of this one: understaffed, run down, and just generally declining.If there were a bingo card for a bank about to go under, Bank of America got a “bingo” a long time ago. To anyone reading this who isn’t already banking with a local credit union, let this review be your life vest reminder to get you off board before the BoA ship really does sink from its outdated profit over people business plan.- Observations of a person who has worked many, many customer service jobs and knows understaffing when they see it

Always a great experience with the team at this B of A branch. Molly, Winnie, Joey, Abe, and Jennifer are awesome! They are always friendly, professional, and very accommodating. It's nice to find this excellent service and friendly staff. Keep up the great work!

Always look forward to visiting this branch as it's fresh and clean! The team of Abe, Joey, Molly and Winnie (probably forgetting someone here) are very friendly and seem to enjoy their work here. I just wish they were open more on Saturdays! :-)

Molly is rude and interrupting. I have had an account here since 1995. first of all most of the Bank of America branches are closed it took me forever to find this one that was open. she wouldn’t deposit a check I had from a large company that I was just trying to deposit not even cash. Will one of the managers please talk with Molly and retrain her to treat customers with dignity.this was a printed check from a large institution she could’ve deposited into my account that I’ve had since 1995 and if there was a problem it could’ve been handled. I have deposited checks from the substitution in this manner before. I have had an account with Bank of America since 1995 and am considering switching to another bank.

Your signage needs to be updated. Says you have two ATM lanes for drive thru but there is only one. Quick fix in my book.
