This store had an item I was interested in, but it was not priced correctly and out of box. So when I went to purchase I was surprised by the price and disappointed it was the display. Sorry to say, won't be shopping there again. It's mostly just filled with overpriced shoes.

Got a nice pair of shoes but honestly would not recommend this place. I walk in already can tell the workers here don’t care about providing decent customer service. One worker at the door was sitting on their phone while at least five others were by the register talking and also a few on their phones. Not one even bothered to ask me what I was looking for or helped unless I went up to one. It also smelled like weed in the store which is disgusting.

Had a pair that sold out on SNKRS two months ago in my size managed to get a late retail W. Staff is quick and helpful tons of dope pairs and collectibles

Located in downtown, its street parking. Staff welcomed us immediately and helped us with any questions asked. They have a good selection of shoes and clothing, love that Portland is tax free!

Tried coming at noon on Saturday when they said they would be open. It was all boarded up and we came back after 12:30. The open sign was up, but all the lights were off, so we poked our heads in and asked if they were open. They begrudgingly turned the lights on and didn’t say a word. My partner works at Nike and knows about their account, but we got a pretentious vibe from the employees. Pretty awkward so we left.

I was visiting from San Francisco , and i wanted to check out the BAIT location here in Portland . When I arrived I was greeted and I came at a good time since no other customers were inside. The space is small but still so much to see and choose from. I purchased a few Honor The Gift items , which has become a favorite brand of mines.

Stopped by a couple of times. Most of the time website said they’ll be open but when there doors are closed. Called in and said they will be opening back up at 2. No update on website about changes.

Showed up at 3:00 PM on a Friday. Customers in the store. There was an employee standing right inside the front door, and told me that they were closing for an hour in order to go to lunch. Doesn’t seem like a great way to run a business, when you have to shut down for an hour in the middle of a busy day. That should a be posted either on their website or at minimum their social media.

Hours on google are incorrect and window shows no opening times. Tried twice. Too bad for them would've bought several shoes that are not available where im from.

The hours shown on Google are always inconsistent with the store’s actual hours . As a frequent customer it’s very frustrating after making the drive. Management should be responsible for keeping their hours updated.

Always closed, went multiple times during the listed hours. If you want a better experience go to the Bait in Seattle.
