Came in here to get a battery change and was told that they can’t install due shortage of staff . Drove 5 miles away to another AutoZone and they told me that three times they had customers have to come back to that AutoZone because they didn’t want to help install batteries very unhappy I had drive 15 mins for help

Tanner G provided me excellent service. I walked past 3 different employees, however Tanner was the only one that asked if I needed help. He was very knowedgeable about oil types abd helped me find exactly what I was looking for. While I was standing in line two employees were arguing about a customer issue in public, but Tanner saw that nobody was helping me. He stopped his stocking effort and quickly checked me out, while the other employees continued to argue. I hope Tanner is there the next time I need something.

Big thanks to Oswaldo. Our BMW was blowing hot air. We were struggling with the AC recharge kit. He came out to the car, found the port which was not easy to locate and helped us get the air working again. So rare to find great service like this. Thanks!!!

I went in on Sat April 13 around 9:45 am for the CEL on my dashboard; the lady worked there that AM was kind and helpful. She gave me the print out that she printed for my car's CEL diagnostic code. I will consider buying car's related products at Autozone when needs arise. Thank you!

At the BEAVERTON Auto Zone, on Thursday Feb 15th, 2024,
KILLIAN provided A++ customer service. I needed hubcaps for my 2013 Prius C. Killian was able to assist with which one of several choices would work best and futhermore in the wind and rain was able to install them in record time.
Pls. share this review with him. He is an amazing asset to the store and deserves both verbal and financial recogntion for his exemplary service.
