“I had Alpha's do a full exterior and interior detail on my Subaru Crosstrek. I hadn't washed it all winter and it lives outside. Moss and algae had started growing on the side and roof, and now that is warmer it dried and got baked on by the sun. It was a mess. Alpha's was able to get it all off and clayed, polished and waxed the paint. It looks great now. The interior wasn't nearly as bad but they made it look like new and even detailed the engine bay. I can't recommend these guys enough. The price was fair and they finished ahead of schedule. If you've ever done this level of detailing on a car you know how long it takes and how much work it is. Alpha's does it right and doesn't cut corners. I won't hesitate to use them again.”
“Little bit of an update ... After about a year and 5-7k the same issues persist and I agree with the other guy .. here communication has taken a nose dive
My goal was to ensure the vehicle i had was mechanically sound and suitable for potentially having some fun with .. over the course of the year there's a hesitation that only I apparently notice a misfire only I can feel and an oil leak only I can see and as far as really doing anything outside the box these guys are unfortunately very close minded ....and I get all of this I do I've had to run construction crews in some of the most violent parts of the city without response from law enforcement I've had to reassure my guys that we don't need guns at work and that they are overwhelmed and don't need us adding to it
I feel some things could change like communication and I feel the potential is there to be the shop I know they are
This isn't a screw these guys I'm pissed review it's not the work is trash or anything like that it's I think it's an organization and communication issues.... And it's the holidays as well ... Unfortunately I'll be reaching out to a few other shops to go through my vehicle just to cross the t and dot the i ... I don't feel scammed Im not upset ....just want to have 100% reassurance that the vehicle is 100% before I start making financial commitments again

“Wow. I had several scrapes in my front bumper from backing out of a steep, curvy driveway. Daniel restored completely – to like new condition! It was less than the cost of a new bumper by a lot. “Took my car here after I recovered it from a thief. Sean was really friendly and accomodating with my schedule. They did a really great job, especially for the price (I had the full detail done for $239)! It's an older car but they made it feel like new. They also can do ozone odor removal for a slight added fee ($30). Heads-up that it takes a while (9am-3pm), but that's understandable given shampooing the upholstry and the ozone treatment, plus you don't want a rush job with these things. My car has never looked so good!”

He went above and beyond in every way-- I didn't expect that it would be possible to get all the dog hair out my car, but he did, and in addition cleaned things I wouldn't have thought of: inside the glove box, behind the turn signals, underneath the seat carriage, etc etc. He was also very affordable! I will absolutely use him again.”
“Installed a new updated car radio for my 2008 Tacoma that was exactly what I needed & within my budget & said I didnt need to spend additional $$$ for an amp.(knowledgable & honest sales staff). He jumped right on it fixed no questions asked I mean he made so easy. He’s fixing it right now and I gotta say he’s he’s a good employee And you guys should definitely keep him! Thank you for the positive experience! The only downside was I recently came in and the manager. Ryan promised me a set price and give me a quote for a back up camera for $50 and the lady that works there that’s going on maternity leave. I told her call your boss. I think she’s the assistant and this is happy Valley on 82nd Car toys and she charges me $300 for 10 minutes hon when I only authorize them for $50 approved by the manager himself .That’s a was big problem for me. after they install, the guy, Clayton was an amazing technician completely honest he remembers me. He remembers me that I had a conversation with Ryan. I finally got to speak with Ryan. He fully reimbursed me, quite frankly, I’m tired of coming here. My damn lights don’t work correctly no more they’re supposed to swap out a different stereo. I got talking to buying another one promise that everything works the same and it doesn’t and now I’m supposed to call the company to fix it nice people, but I feel like at this point you know they just need to keep their jobs but they’re very polite and professional. It’s society. They are very professional.
Every time I had an issue with the new upgrade on the stereo deck, Ryan was magically out. I didn’t like that. And he told me everything would work the same and I thought I was getting a 2024 stereo in my car it’s a 2022 quite frankly I trust Colton to do the work. Ryan means well and he’s very polite. He has kept his word to a certain extent, but if you can do it yourself, watch YouTube and buy the products. I am disabled. I can’t bend down and do it anymore. I dreaded going there now, but I like Colton and Ryan’s a good salesman and a polite person. I give zero stars to Galvin I think they should just fire him.”
