Even though the courtesy vehicles were reserved, complementary Lyft took me home and picked me up to retrieve my vehicle. Service took a couple of days and I feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Andrew H. from PDX was great!

Price gouging. OEM gas cap for a 2012 Q5 was $48.00 on Amazon. $63.99 at Wilsonville Audi. Audi Service Portland charged me $77.00 for a gas cap. I will shop around going forward.
