Don't bother with this clown shop. I've lived in this neighborhood for over a decade and the attitude of the arrogant loser cosplaying shaman/medicine man hasn't changed one bit over the years. He still thinks he's something other than a loser retail worker. Sometimes I get the other guy who's much nicer and more helpful. But this place really doesn't deserve more than 1 star because it's rarely open for business. They try to push their mediocre in-house juice on you and get annoyed/unhelpful if you ask for anything else. Anyway, I hope a different shop replaces this one soon, I can't wait for them to go out of business ???

They have Always friendly staff. The flavors are in house, and solid. Lots of variety on juice, devices, and are reasonably priced. I often stop by even if out of the way, because I appreciate the service as compared to other vape stores.

Was previously a big fan of this spot, had recommended it to co-workers and friends alike. Had a product I bought from them (lithium ion battery product) and called in asking for help/if there was a warranty once it just stopped working. Got a very “not my problem” response, didn’t mention I’d driven business to their establishment or the fact I had championed the product only to have it turn out to be a dud after 3-4 months. If the guy had atleast been apologetic or appeared to care at all about selling a subpar product they would have avoided a negative review entirely. Learn some customer service skills, guy that’s normally there is great but whomever was manning the phone on 2/9/2024 needs a refresher/not to be so unpleasant.

This place is absolutely phenomenal as they'll work with everyone's budget while helping people quit smoking of which their GEEKVAPE products are very affordable cheaper than anywhere else!!!

Best shop in town, no question. Awesome in house juice. Really really good people. Kind, respectful and well informed. Great spot for someone just getting started or for those with lots of experience. Can’t recommend Atomize enough.

The guy seemed annoyed that I was even there. He just wanted me to get me out the door ASAP so he could go back into the back of the store and do whatever he was doing when I wasn't there. I really needed some help and information, and he provided neither.

Would love to review this place more positively, but they are NEVER open when I go by, which is typically when they (are supposed to be) opening. Maybe they really show up at 12, not 11. Who knows?
