Buyer Beware. We gave Art over two years ago 675.00 for a rebuilt engine. We have yet to get it. We filed a complaint with the Oregon Department of Consumer and won a judgement against him. He has yet to pay us back or provide an engine. He is a rip off.

Anthony Salk playing his favorite game.. Hate! Mr Salk has been harrassing people online for years and years. If you stand up to him. He goes nuts. I learned his identity because he called me,to harrass me further, but didnt block his number. Anthony has posted,in excess of 100 times claiming to have poisoned his customers repeatedly. He also doesnt like people of color. The N word is used multiple times daily, under the cover of Craigslist Chicago Rants and Raves. If you log on,you will se the most distgusting, racist, and hateful posts. Impersonating me,and lying is just the last effort to hurt me. As usual,he has failed

Horrible experience. 100% Do not prepay for parts. Will string you along for weeks, never produce the part you paid for, shout and swear at you when you politely ask for the charge to be reversed, then never respond to the bank dispute (which was now necessary as he hung up directly after the swearing).

I needed a new engine for my Camry. Art got me what I needed. He was great with his communication, letting me know when to expect it and even going out of his way to bring it to me with no extra charge. Thanks Art!

He got our daughter the part she needed for her SUV. Good prices and service. He also helped answer some questions about the noise our corolla was making.

I ordered some parts directly with Art at his strange location 303 NE Tomahawk Island Dr, Portland, OR 97217 - he assured me that he could get he parts and that he would have them in a few days, that was on July 17th, 2017. Art strung me along very professionally the first two weeks telling me that the wrecking yard still had to pull the parts. It is now September 14th, 2017 still no parts. I have tried to contact him multiple times left messages and so forth with no response. So here I am like so many other that have been burned and lied to by Art directly with a straight face lying to you the whole time. He is quick to collect your money and does not produce the parts. I have a claim in with my bank and hope to get my money back. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL STAY AWAY FROM ART HE IS BAD NEWS AND IS A LYING CHEATING PERSON NOT WORTH YOUR TIME - HE WILL STEAL FROM YOU WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT.

Buyer beware! This guy will scam you. Do not prepay for parts! I prepaid 500 dollars for a used differential that he promised would be here in a few days... then the excuses started. After two weeks of a broken down truck and dealing with Art's latest BS almost every day, I gave up and found someone else. I tried to call him for two days to let him know that I was going another route and needed a refund from him, but no answer. Then, after my truck is fixed he calls me back and informs me that a refund will be no problem. Then, three days later, he calls me and tells me that he had already purchased my part, without informing me, and can't get me a refund till he returns it. This drags on for about a month, with me calling him and texting him every few days. Nothing but ignored texts and lame excuses. Finally, he tells me that the part has been returned and I can finally get a refund. He takes my credit card number, and tells me I am getting a refund for the whole amount. Finally over? Nope. It's been another month since then and the charge never showed up in my account. I have called and texted him several times with no answer. Only after threatening him with bad reviews and police involvement did he respond. More promises that he will deal with it. My last few texts have been ignored. After two and a half months, I've given up hope. I'm sure he will reply with some excuses for his behavior and attempt to shift the blame toward me, buts that what con artists do. Seriously, watch out. This guy is a thief!
