Wow, where to start... Irena has saved my life. Maybe not literally, but it feels like it. I am self-employed with a home office deduction and a bunch of medical deductions and it got so complicated to do my own taxes but it felt more daunting to try to explain all of this to someone else.She was patient, kind, understanding, empathetic and professional. She helped me through questions, both complicated and questions I was embarassed about because I should have known the answer. She went above and beyond in answering my many MANY questions.When I get my tax bill, every year, I am shocked at how little it costs to have someone so knowledgeable do this for me. It is the best money I spend all year.I never thought I'd be so grateful for a "tax person" but I really am. Highly highly recommend.

The services felt like glorified but harder to use turbotax forms that I filled out myself. And they don't even send in your city of Portland tax forms which makes no sense whatsoever because that's what your being paid to my taxes on whole not in part. I'm honestly upset about the money spent on these services. There was multiple communication issues I had along the way during tax season that made taxes more stressful than needed because they didn't ask simple questions. My taxes would have been filed two month earlier than they were if not for these communication problems.

This has been a horrendous year, and my first time needing a professional tax consultant. I don’t think I could have done it without Irena! She came highly recommended and was worthy of every word of praise! I am forever grateful!! The entire staff was incredible to work with!!!

Several years now dong my taxes with this group. This is not your typical tax prep place because: 1) They care deeply and personally about their work which is aka, you, 2) They take their work very seriously, aka., they are highly competent and knowledgable. If you are lucky enough like me to already be a client, good on you. If you are looking for a tax preparer and there is an opening, your search has come to fantastic fruition.

Friendly, super efficient and incredibly informative. Coming to the US from the UK I knew nothing about taxes; I was treated warmly and provided all the information I needed in a way that was easy to pick up and actionable. I highly recommend these ladies.

What can I say? I'm so glad I found the team at Artemis Tax. Before I had Gabrielle do my taxes it was so stressful and would cause me anxiety, but after going to Artemis and meeting Gabrielle and her business partner Irena I no longer have anxiety around doing my taxes. They also run a inclusive and welcoming business, which makes me proud to do my tax preparation with them. I'm so glad I found Artemis Tax. Thank you so much for making what is usually a stressful experience a less stressful one.
