Cannot recommend enough. I came to Art of Maintenance after having my battery wrongly placed at Valvoline. They dropped what they were doing to help me immediately. The mechanics were personable and explained to me precisely what had been done incorrectly. They had my car operating in perfect condition within five minutes. So incredibly grateful.

Definitely give this place a 5 star! We have gotten 2 cars checked out both helped my Robert. They always fit us in as soon as they can. The most recently time they got us in within a half hour of calling! They are thorough and transparent in their work and feedback. They definitely know what they are doing. I would recommend this place!

Always a great feeling when you partner with such great people who truly believe in taking care of their customers. As a vendor dealing with Robert was just amazing. His communication was transparent and uplifting to always know his customers were getting quality service and supplies on their vehicles.

I'll be honest they are a bit pricey but i appreciate their professionalism and willingness to work with you. I'm giving them five stars because they had my car back on the road in no time! Their diagnosis definitely shocked me but Robert was great and guided me to the source of the problem!

Came here to have some (overdue) fluid flushes done - I really appreciated the speedy same-day work, the thorough inspection that came with, and the great customer service! Got all my questions answered and have a good sense of “what’s next” to get my vehicle back into peak shape.

I've never left reviews before but was so impressed I had to! I had a bit of a saga leading up to my experience at AOM - had a power steering rack replaced (twice!) by a different shop, then came to AOM after noticing some other suspension work needing done and some noises. Turns out the other shop had done an awful job on the power steering rack. AOM very graciously and openly communicated the problems that they saw with the install, and encouraged me to advocate for myself and gave me the info I needed to talk to the other shop and sort out a replacement/reimbursement. AOM also performed great work on the other suspension stuff I needed and even offered to inspect my power steering rack again if I had it redone by the other shop. Overall communication was super concise and honest, friendly and thorough. I definitely will come back and am thankful to have found these guys! Remember - pay for good work and you won't be disappointed in the long run.

Their online scheduling and invoicing system is great. I appreciated how thorough and detailed the vehicle inspection was. I think the cost comes at a bit of a premium, but it was worth it.

Great experience overall! Robert and Andy were so friendly and helpful. I was literally driving and my car went kaput! Was able to leave my car and key after hours and woke up to a text message and my car ready the very next day!
