The owner Tad is skillful and professional. He provides prompt, personal service with an artistic and aesthetic eye to match any object to be framed while conscious of cost. I have gone to Tad at least 4-5 times and always come away happy and impressed.

Don't think twice! I am amazed at the fast, excellent service I received. I had what I thought was going to be a tricky item. It was an arched mirror with doors from Spain that was held together with only a fabric backing, which had come unglued. Tad knew exactly how to fix it and he did it right there on the spot, and fixed it in such a way that we would never have to worry about the mirror falling out again. This is the place to go to for any framing issues!

I had to take a day to enjoy and soak in all the positive feelings I had (and still have) regarding my experience here before writing this review. I took my Vietnamese embroidery painting in for a consultation and I am so glad that I did and didn't order a frame online, which was what I was initially going to do. I knew I wanted a simple frame and mat since the painting was already pretty busy and colorful. When I entered the shop, I met Tad who presented various options to me and if you know, you know that framing can easily add up depending on what you choose. For each step, Tad turned to his computer to calculate the cost, which I appreciated. Yes, I ended up paying more than I would've if I purchased a standard frame and mat online, but it was well worth it! Since my painting had been rolled up for a few years and there were some loose threads, Tad took care of stretching the photo and tucking/snipping any loose threads.After 2 weeks, it was completed. And it is gorgeous and honestly, it looks newer and better than when I first fell in love with it on my trip to Vietnam. Tad has great taste, was not pushy and is so kind. When I was about to leave the shop, he noticed there was a questionable person loitering outside the building and Tad offered to walk with me, carrying my painting to my destination. Thank you so much, Tad. I can't recommend this place enough.

Tad and the team recently finished framing a giant piece (35" h x 79" w), and they provided beautiful custom options that worked for my budget, The finished piece is beautiful, and they were a pleasure to work with. Use these guys!

Was in the shop today and was happy to see that only one customer at a time is allowed in the shop. I didn't mind waiting a few minutes while someone picked up work that was ready. Tad wiped the counters down and welcomed me in as they left with their finished project. He was awesome and helped me find just the right materials to frame my art. Can't wait to see the finished work.
