Shelly and the ARC crew stepped up and took care of a large, last minute scanning job for us. The customer service was awesome. Shelly answered our many questions and emails with a positive, helpful attitude and turned a last minute, stressful task into a success. Thank you so much :-)

ARC has alway been stellar in their service and prompt turn around of picking up and delivery blueprints and documents. Their customer service is above and beyond. Anytime we need document creation or copying we will always use ARC.

I had an emergency where I needed to get something printed same day. We normally have a marketing person take care of things like this, but this task fell to me instead.At first, they told me that they couldn’t get it to me until the following morning, which would work but it wasn’t ideal. I emailed over my order, and I got an email notification right away that they were working on it. Israel called me to verify a couple of things, he was very nice and very helpful!I was expecting to go pick it up the following morning, but to my amazement…our receptionist delivered a package to me and it was my printed materials! To timeline it out…I sent the order at 10am and received it by 2:30pm of the same day! What amazing service!!

We started working with ARC a couple of months ago and so far I can say that I send my PDFs for prints to them and then I don't worry about it. They are responsive, accurate, and fast with prints and deliveries. Great find in the Portland area.

I am a middle-grade author and needed scans of illustrations for my new book: Kima, Through the Opening. ARC was super responsive and completed the task in the same day. They also took care of my original art until I could return to pick it up. This is a very professional and responsive company that I can recommend highly.

amazing customer service from shelly. fast turnaround and good value for the experience. the scans I was looking for are for art purposes. the quality of the scans was good overall. there were some images I've seen that are a little blown out here and there.
