Ever since their remodel some years back, the prices have skyrocketed and the products just keep getting cheaper. Everything is made in China now. Anthro went from high-end, classy looks to dorm style, clown clothes.

The quality of the clothes has wavered over the years. Last week I purchased a large quantity of clothes due to a recent major change of sizing, which was already difficult. The associate at the cash wrap was straight up rude to me. I wanted to take my business elsewhere, but alas I had just spent so much time trying on the clothes and I really needed them. The kicker, she completely messed up a charge send I've been waiting for. I had to get online and pay for it five days later. Don't waste your money on people who don't appreciate your business. Go to Mercantile!

Can't say enough good things about the staff! Always kind, welcoming, willing to be a personal shopper if your not sure what would be best. And on top of it all, there is never any pressure to buy. High quality home goods, candles and clothes. Amazing sales. I leave with a smile every time even if I couldn't find the perfect item.
