Really cool selection but was bummed out to see that there was no sizing above a xl. I travel a lot over the US and this was the first punk/goth store that didn't have any plus size. You carry brands that I know go up to even 5x in sizing yet only had up to XL in your shop. Just a recommendation for the future.

I'm leaving four stars because I really hate leaving a bad review, but I would probably leave it more a 2 or 3 because of service. Everyone knows punks and goths are the most friendly people. This store is REALLY cool and has all the clothes, shoes, and accessories I would normally wear/want to wear/give as gifts. I went in here with full intention to try on & potentially buy a new leather jacket, but the person working at the counter was making us all super uncomfortable-glaring at us with every move and zero personality. I asked her about jacket sizing and she was zero help saying "i have no idea".. I didn't even feel comfortable asking to try on the jacket. Unfortunately it cost her a sale. I won't be coming back. I know other places that sell the same brands. :'(

I found this place randomly and walked in without knowing what it was. I was pleasantly surprised at the dark aesthetic. I'll be back.

Go go go! they have racks of Tripp pants demonias one of a kind punk rave shirts tons of patches and pins! and great statements bags. Great customer service!

One of the originals. I remember going to the Burnside spot the first time as a shy teen and just how big the aura of the space felt. It is a space carved from the worldly experiences of the proprietress and it has been meaningful seeing it continue at Hawthorne. These are the places worth supporting.

Genuinely one of the sweetest, interesting, and most patient people I've came across. I came from an area where this style is highly shunned upon and it's indescribably refreshing and healing to come across smaller businesses like these made with nothing but love, dedication, and care. Everything is worth the price tag it's given due to the love it's given and the high quality of their products. I've bought a sweater, 3 necklaces, and recently a purse and everything's lasted me minus two of the necklaces WHICH I have lost. That is my fault and if I didn't lose them they would still be in good condition today. I lost a pentagram necklace the other day which I was especially heartbroken over so me and my partner visited the very next day, yesterday, to get another one and the lady was genuinely such a sweetheart and so unbelievably helpful with getting me a new one. The one I lost wasn't up for display so I had a picture of me wearing it on me and showed her it and she quickly and kindly got it from in the counter and gave me the same exact one! I also needed a new purse and she helped me find the one I was looking for! We talked and laughed for a bit and went on our days! I love this place and hope to become a regular! Definitely would recommend this place to those into similar fashion and genres and have the same heart for smaller businesses rather than large, obnoxious, and cheap companies.

Excited to see a goth/punk store but the other bad reviews are right. The women who works there is mean. All she did was glare at us and take a dress out of my fiancés hands when she wasn’t done looking. Was considering buying stuff there but definitely won’t now.

only giving two stars because i enjoy what this store sells. however, i read reviews to make sure i wasn't crazy for thinking what i thought of it years ago. the woman who works here is MEAN. whether you look alternative or not (me and my fiancé do and were still treated poorly) we came in w my finances little sister who was at the time turning 8, the lady in the store was rude as hell to us and basically yelled at me for trying to take a video of her store. i was taking a video because i thought it was a cool store and wanted to put it on tiktok so they could gain traction considering we were the only people in the store in the middle of summer. despite the bad experience i wanted to mail order a jewelry piece i got from them a few years back as i can't find it elsewhere, but they don't do mail order now either bc apparently they get too much business in store. i would only return for the necklace i want, otherwise buy the brands they carry in store off their own website and save yourself the trouble.

Went there shopping with something specific in mind. The person at the counter was looking at me all crazy like it was weird that I was there buying things. I wanted to call them out, but I was happy with what I bought so I said whatever lol. Maybe you get treated better if you dress more alt/goth cause they were nice last time I was there with a different look

I’m sorry but don’t buy from this store, the manager and owner is extremely rude and disrespectful, I have shopped at dozens of alt stores across the country and this is the most disrespectful and disgusting experience I have ever witnessed. I gave her no reason to be alarmed and she treated me like I was too poor to afford the clothing. She might be a little racist but can’t tell…she was definitely eyeing me the whole time like I wasn’t supposed to be there.So yeah if you love lil racists, shop here.
