This is the second time that me or my husband have paid for gas and it has not been pumped into my vehicle. The first time it happened we were able to go right back and get the gas pump into our car. This time I happen to be on my way out of town to my job where I work 5 days a week three and a half hours away from my family. By the time I noticed the gas was not probably was too far away for me to turn around and go back. I attempted to find a phone number for the store that I went to online and all I could find was an 800 number and when I called the 800 number they say all offices are closed. So now I'm out $30 and have no gas, and that was a big chunk of the money I had to get fo the week this is the second time this has happened we will not be going to this gas station again.

Nobody helped with gas, attendant just stood there. Pretty small selection of snacks. Once I found what I wanted the person behind the counter ignored me with their back to me. Then acted like I was a problem for coming in to buy something. Rang up my items and stood there silently, had to lean over and check the card reader for my total. I payed with cash and was shorted on my change. Terrible.

Where do I even begin... this is not the first negative encounter my wife and I have had at this gas station. First time we were here this Asian guy fills our car up when we specifically asked for no more than $10.00, roughly $42.80 later we have a full tank. Asian guy literally shrugged his shoulders arrogantly, without a care in the world that he took what we didn't have. Management, even arco support couldn't have cared less. Today we come in only to find the ONLY gas attendant standing on the side of the building talking with some guy, looking at cell phone videos or pictures. Don't know what, but whatever he was looking at he was very engaged with. Wife and I are sitting patiently waiting out the dynasty that past us by, and three other unfortunate souls amassed behind us in hopes of receiving fuel before the next two world wars pass. Finally we honk trying to get his attention, only to have the new attendant show visible hostility for being called over to do his job. We requested a specific amount to which he then prepares to hook us up to, then rehangs the nozzle and proceeds to help the other cars. When he returns, still visibly upset, he tells us our zip code was wrong. Looked like he couldn't be bothered to practice the overbearing task of re-imputing our information into the pump to, god forbid, do his job. If his pissy demeanor was the fuel we would have easily had a full tank. Word of the wise, avoid this dumpster dive of a gas station. Not worth the time or money with the rude and careless folks they employ. But then again, if you are the kind who wants to see half your life pass over at a gas station, might be your ticket.

I tried to buy a coffee and when i requested creamer i was told I was only allowed 3 per person not matter what size coffee was ordered. I typically use around 8-10 per 24 oz coffee and was appalled by the fact that they charge 50 cents extra per tiny creamer. At that point Im paying close to $5 for a gas station coffee when i could get something way better at starbucks across the street. Needless to say I will not be returning to that location I will take my business to starbucks or plaid pantry

I hate going to arco gas stations and I never have a good experiences. Last night was no different. I gave the guy $50 and asked him to put in $20 regular. He did, then told me to have a good day. I had to explain to him twice that I know that I gave him a $50 not a $20. I should have known better I've heard stories of this happening multiple times at this location. He apologized but what am I supposed to say?? "Oh it's ok you tried to keep my change"

This damn gas station sucks a*** The worker is incompetent, we asked for 10 dollars regular and he filled us up. Seriously screwed us over because that was part of our rent we scraped up for the month. Comes back and we tell him what happened and all he says "oh sorry my bad". We are doing Uber right now while driving to find jobs so it early sucks because it's half a day of pay. There should be a refund policy, and shitty employees like this fool should have disciplinary actions for stupidity. THANKS JACKWAGON NOW I CANT PAY MY RENT.

I just stopped for gas and upon entering the store to pay i noticed a cheap printed sign that says no pets allowed (including service animals) now i just want to warn those that have service animals that they may encounter a problem at this store. Personally i don't think thats legal and will educate myself on this topic soon.
