Trying to set up a commercial account. After getting the round and round on their automated phone system that sends you to the wrong department and getting disconnected twice I was told their commercial division is on East Coast time and closed. I have no desire to try and use a company that is so hard to even talk to a live person.

Outsourcing your customer service was a bad business move. We used to be able to call the local office or stop by, I spent 25 minutes on the phone trying to get get propane delivered ( We are supposed to have monthly service)after already ordering it online. They want to charge a $300 expedite fee! We have been loyal customers for over 10 years,The company I work for is now going to take our business elsewhere.Your website is clunky and slow too.

I have still yet to receive an a phone call or email regarding the overbilling on my installation. I've left messages and sent several emails, but to no avail! We had an agreement of $199, but I was charged over $1,200. I just want this fixed so I can pay you guys.Sean Stringer

This is the WORST company to work with. I cancelled my propane ( which was always late), last September. Nobody showed up for the tanks. My lease was up on the property 10/31. I called the call center (ironic that AmeriGas outsources to India) several times, asking for tanks to be picked up. I kept getting "We have no techs, we can get someone first week of November." Nobody showed up. In December, I tried stopping by their office, which is abandoned. I sent them a letter and an email, letting them know I was going to be charged storage if they didn't get their stuff. They show up in JUNE and have the balls to send me a $250 bill. I call the call center. They have to "reopen my billing to file a dispute, and that takes 24 hours, so call back in 24 hours". I've never had such bad service, and there's no way I'm paying this bill. Find yourself another propane company, you deserve better!!

Very poor customer service. Over priced by $1.50 per gal. When I ordered propane. It took a month to get out here. Now they come without ordering propane. When I called to get the cost per gal. they 2.30-3 dollars per gal. they charged me 3.70 per gal. So they are liars and cheats. But at least I'm not alone, they have pages of the same treatment to their customers.
