Sam has been absolutely amazing to work with and I can be a LOT.The staff was great about fixing an off prescription and my glasses have come in early both times so far.

Brenda and Sonja were great. They took such good care of me. They were so helpful and kind. I can't say enough good things about these individuals. Thank you for making it so easy to switch from contacts to glasses. I appreciate both of you.

I feel really disappointed about my son's first time Vision test at this location. On that day our provider is Jona Pradhan OD. She was super impatient during the eye exam. Ask those exam question without explanation with my little boy. He try to ask some questions. But She just stop him. After the exam. She just told us that he need glasses.Nothing care about what question do we have. After two weeks later, my son did the vision screen at school, and they said everything is normal. We do not need the nearsighted glasses. So I decided to take him go to another eye clinic to test again to make sure what's going on. Turn out, he pass the test. He doesn't need any glasses. OMG!!! Why would I waste my time and money with the people who doesn't show respectful and unprofessional. I just hope the provider Jona Pradhan OD works more patient and serious.

Staff was rude and unwelcoming... I came in for a first appointment and the receptionist said nothing until I came closer and said Hello again then barely looked up and said 'what do you want?' as if I was a solicitor or beggar. No apology or real tone change once I confirmed my appointment. No one told me where to go after each step and treated me rudely when I asked. The atmosphere was so hostile I asked for my RX in writing, paid, and left. I will order glasses online and I am Not going back here for my next exam.

I feel I was scammed.All these ads, $ 79. For: 2 glasses, exam, prescription lens.They told me I needed trifocals.They want $ 300.Whatever

*Update at bottom* I came in with an idea of what frame I was looking for, they had it in stock. Despite having a good idea what I wanted, Sam helped guide me through a number of similar frames ending with the frames I started with. Being able to see the depth of the lenses influenced my decision on what features I wanted. Overall a pleasant experience and I will be back when I need new lenses.So after I got my glasses I spent a week trying the lenses, I went with the highest density polycarbonite, my prescription is high and I noticed a lot of chromatic aberration (separation of colors because of lens distortions, kinda looks like a 3D effect) relatively close to the focal point of the lenses. I went back and they refunded me the difference to go for the step down in density. A week later and these are significantly better. So it would have been nice for a warning but at least they helped fix my issues with the lenses.

Visited this AB location for the first time this year and was hugely disappointed. One of their providers, Jona Pradhan OD, was ignorant, disrespectful and inconsiderate. The spectacle prescription that she wrote did not work for me as I could not wear the glasses that were made according to her prescription comfortably. I came back with a request to change the prescription but she absolutely refused to listen: she completely ignored my arguments that I do not need glasses for long distances, only for mid/short range one. She insisted on "not allowing me to drive with different glasses" and completely disregarded the fact that I did not need glasses for driving (I use contact lenses for that), only for home use. After my few attempts to explain. she literally said to me "I heard enough, the conversation is over" and forced me out of the exam room. That was insane and absolutely inappropriate.I am definitely writing a letter to AB headquarters about this incident.

Sam did the most amazing job helping me get the right glasses at a good deal. I am trying to adjust to bifocals and I wanted to make sure I was ordering the right size and shape for such a thing. She took extra time with the fit and watched my gaze to help assure me these were the right glasses and lenses. Then we figured up the total and I was like ouch, so she pulls out a magic bag of tricks and tells me if I get a different brand I could save almost $200 with a promotion they’re running. She saved me big time me as I do not have insurance yet still need good quality eyewear. I am thankful I got Sam today. And her team was great at helping her problem solve as we figured out how to get me the best deal.

You definitely get what you pay for in this life, and America’s Best Lenses and contacts is the eye-sore in the strip mall left over from another era that is out to prove that saying is absolutely true.Besides the complicated “club” you must join and all the other hoops one must jump thru to actually get their flagship deal; the two pairs for $69 and then can you feel free to feel as lucky as the owl.Rude, jaded and disgruntled employees that ignore you till you either have to grab their attention or begin to leave altogether before they even say hello.And do not go near their tired selection of designer sunglasses because you WILL be made to feel like a thief that they have caught red-handed in the past.

A young girl with curly hair was very rude and aggressive. A family came out the door and held the door for us and as we were walking in a girl with red curly hair was extremely rude. She could have simply said we were closed and left it at that however she was super rude saying we couldn’t come in without any explanation. We were confused and then saw a sign saying they closed at 3pm. Which is completely okay but the way she went about the situation was crazy. Rolling her eyes and having attitude and being aggressive towards us. She didn’t even care to let us get a word in to apologize for the confusion or even ask what was going on. As a customer we were just trying to go inside but all of a sudden being bombarded with aggression was crazy. A lady from the back desk was polite and said they were closed with holiday hours and that’s when we were made aware and tried to apologize but girl with maybe red curly hair was just super unprofessional and continued to be rude.
