Reactive to a customers changing needs; ready to get involved and find solutions to new requirements in addition to seeking out resolutions to any new challenges that our business encountered as it grew. The team at American Warehouse partners with us as though they own shares of our small business. We couldn't ask for a better fulfillment warehouse to help get our online orders out the door. They are continuously adding technology, and working closely with us to optimize fulfillment rates for Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify shops. We would not have been able to grow without them. Went into American Warehouse and met Rick the owner. Rick is extremely friendly and provides nothing but the best customer service. The warehouse is organized clean and they offer multiple services to customers. I am glad we are able to partner with this business. Keep up the good work out there!
