I went in today to grab a few things. Found some absolutely beautiful items and went to go try them on. I was asking for a size up in a skirt that I tried on and an employee gave me recommendations on where to find plus-sized items and that they don’t offer anything larger (I was wearing a small and asking for a medium). I was planning on getting a decent amount of items, but left with the 4 I had picked out and decided to not continue shopping. If I wanted to have someone make comments on my body weight, I would call my grandma. Once again, beautiful items, not beautiful service from the one employee.

Came in here looking for a sundress for a picnic. Found an adorable floral dress that reminded me of a Gunne Sax dress. Staff enthusiastically complimented me when I came out of the dressing room. Rowan especially was super sweet; nothing was wrong with the dress, but she gave it to me for half off! She treated me like a friend. Come here if you are looking for cute clothes and caring employees.

I ordered 3 pieces of jewelry online, package came in poorly packaged with 2/3 pieces broken. As I waited excitedly for what seemed like a long time for a package, i was disappointed to see how it looked as if the people packaging my order shoved everything in and called it good. do better.

I was drawn to Altered State by the adorable dresses in the windows, just a mere 10 minutes before close. I was in love. Great prices too, stop! I was greeted by a sweet associate who quickly realized it was my first time, and I like a good bargain. Upon entering the clearance room, I met another stellar associate, Emma. She helped me search for dresses and told me time wasn't a factor. I found a beautiful dress for only $40, and it fits perfectly! The best part is that I found a store that I can't wait to go shopping in again! Ten minutes of BLISS!

Every time i come here now, I don’t have the best experience, which is sad because this store really prides themselves in customer service. Not sure if it’s because of history or something, but it’s quite unfair.

Walking in it bared a resemblance to something from a fairytale. It had a very whimsical vibe, and the staff were simply amazing. The clothes are cute, I wouldn’t say it’s a boy store, but definitely should be on any bucket list when visiting.

Had the GREATEST shopping experience here. Love the clothes, the store is immaculate and gorgeous, and the staff are amazing! Sooo friendly, upbeat, and hardworking. There were only 2 employees today and they got busy, but these girls were so well organized they pulled it off beautifully…. Even if they were overwhelmed you would’ve never known it. I could shop at this store all day, I felt like a princess!

I really love the clothes and sweaters and style here but some of the things that they sell they overcharge for and are low quality. They seem like great quality stuff in the store but once you get home and wear it example a sweater it’s sheds everywhere to the point that you can’t breathe and it gets in your eyes and all over everyone’s furniture in the office. Other sweaters pill easily. Seems like a tossup.

Absolutely amazing experience! Shopping really stresses me out, and everyone here was so incredibly helpful. I told them I was looking for a wedding outfit in fall colors and so many of them helped me pick items out, and were very patient with me while I was deciding in the changing room. At checkout they even reminded me of the sale so I grabbed me an extra skirt. Fantastic place, super cute stuff, very welcoming and I love that they give back.
