Purchased prisim garment online based on the photos. The garment is not sold as pictured and the company chooses not to show the image as sheer which is it. When you reach out to them they suggest you purchase a slip. This dress is $158 after shipping AND it does not stand alone, AND it took 8 weeks to recieve. DISAPPOINTING! At no point will any slip I purchace give it the same or similar effect or and it will alter the fit. They have refused a refund, however at this point I do not trust the brand and would not want to own any of their products. Would not suggest shopping here unless you see the product in person.

I was so excited for the dress I ordered. I waited over eight weeks to receive the prism dress. But I was so disappointed when I pulled out the dress, and found something drastically different than what was advertised on their website, and was unfinished. Worse than that, their customer service has been basically nonexistent, the best offer they gave me was to return the dress and get a different item or sell it myself. That's right for customer service told me to re-sell the dress myself rather then accept a return. They didn't send me the dress they advertised and rather than make the situation right or offer me a refund, they offered me the opportunity to resell an unfinished product that looked nothing like the advertisement and has a blank size and care tag. I'm stuck with a useless unfinished mess.

Pros: edgy design, sustainable/eco-minded brand Cons: quality, value Many products are severely overpriced. (A black spinel ring for $495, really? These $125 pants are not worth the price tag due to craftsmanship issues (button loose after 2 wears, and they fit me very roomy, not being stretched). They're super cute, though! I just don't expect them to last, and what is sustainable about clothing that is poorly made?

Visited this store while vacationing in Portland and have ordered online from here several times since. Love their handmade jewelry and supporting small businesses that otherwise might not ship to me. A lovely, curated selection of goods and a wonderful shopping experience! Will be a customer for many years to come!

You'll feel at home as soon as you walk in. Everyone who works there is helpful, kind, and good humored. I was there to buy a swimsuit after looking on the website and asking a bunch of sizing questions. They answered every question and I was able to buy my suit with confidence, despite knowing I couldn't return it if it didn't fit because of COVID (it did, it is easily the most flattering swimsuit of all time).

I just received my first jumpsuit in the mail, and I can't say enough good things about this company. Incredible products, thoughtful customer service, ethically made, and inclusive sizing. Recommending them to everyone I know!

what a fantastic shop. it is impeccably curated for a very specific client (who happens to be me and many portland folks), and stocks tons of local artists, metalsmiths, jewelers and more. they have an incredible selection of jewelry, and i have a rapidly growing collection of necklaces that have come from this store.

Favorite boutique on Hawthorne. This store rocks. They carry so many local, independent artist's works and it's so great to be able to support that! I love their choices and I find something(s) beautiful every time I go! The women who work there are so cute and kind and helpful too!

I love the vibe of this store. Employees are nice but don't follow you every step around the store acting like you're gonna steal or something. They have great jewelry and i love their tarot cards! I am so happy they have plus size items online now!!! Such a cool company, I never regret giving them my money.
