If you can find another company, please do. Never have I EVER received the correct inventory. My bills are messed up. Never EVER any consistency. If not for the absolutely beautiful logo mat, I wouldn’t give them any stars at all. HORRIBLE service. But they’ve always friendly. Just ignorant is all. No common sense, do not know how to count, drops linen in the street and promise to bring clean ones and then never do... save your money.

ALSCO is the worst. They have absolutely no customer service and hide behind a contract instead of fixing anything. I got all of the way up to the District Manager, Robin Van Allen, who told me "you signed a contract, you have to use us, the only way to get out of it is if you pay us off." He doesn't give a damn about customer service or making things work. He'd rather have customers that hate them than to fix problems.

Alsco is a terrible place that does not care for their employees, the pay is awful, and the linen they sell is sub-par. I do not recommend ever employing their services.
