Wasted my time driving here. It's 7:30 PM on Black Friday and no one is here. The door is slightly cracked but locked, with a quarter of a cigarette by the door. Store is flooded with Black Friday sale signs which is very misleading.

It’s so dark I can’t see anything on the shelves and the guy who was there started complaing and throwing stuff around when I asked him to find me a (very common) kind of vape coil. Most of the staff is chill and pricing is average but this guy should probably work somewhere less difficult.

Horrible business. I drove 30 minutes to get a product that they had a day prior. I called 5 times within the span of an hour to see if they still had this product. Nobody answered. Would’ve saved me an hour of my time.
Look, I understand working in a tobacco shop alone is busy and difficult, I spent 6 months working at one personally. But it is not hard to answer a phone for 30 seconds or put someone on hold.
Additionally, the employee was very short with me. I did not feel as though she actually looked for the product, and she honestly seemed quite annoyed at us for asking.
Do not shop here if you want good customer service.

Their service in I really like the place up until this new short haired woman that's been working there she takes long breaks puts the sign up in the window that it's going to be 10-15 minutes I got pictures that I waited there 40 minutes before she started doing things and then there's a line that so long that you can't even get served I had to leave twice in one day because I didn't have time to sit there and wait for her to get done talking to her friends or whatever else like I am to the point where I'm going to stop going here because like I can't even find any way to talk to management

Called looking for a nicotine free vape on 7/22 evening and the guy said he was “ too busy putting away his order” to answer questions I had. Will not shop here based on bad service.

Great deals on cigarettes but all of a sudden the drive thru is closed has been all week and I can’t go in because I have my child and no minors are allowed inside
