Self checkout failed multiple times. Waited in line multiple times and received no help. The manager didn't come to help register and everyone in this store should be ashamed that with no line it took me twenty minutes to buy milk

Bad customer service. I wanted to reload money into my Wisely card, which i have done multiple times in the past but was met with bad customer service. They didn't even want to try to see if it works.

I stopped in to pick up some deli I usually go to the Safeway that use to be Albertsons closer to where I live, but after the customer service I received at this location this is definitely will be my choice of stores I was lucky enough to meet Tommy working in your deli he is so attentive and the first time in along time I felt that I wasn’t bothering an employee to get help

Everytime I go here there's nobody in the aisles to assist me with finding items in the store since they always move things around. After spending 15min trying to find items finally found one employee that was very rude to ask where one item was. For a store that is very expensive compared to others I would expect some better customer service and more employees around to help customers.

Cheap items and poor selection. Smells terrible outside the building and there are lots of vagrants. High security is unfortunately necessary here now.

Prices are high and store is busy. I wouldn't go here for my regular shopping rather just picking up some things I need. The fruit and veggies aren't as fresh as other places. And there are a lot of tweakers stealing from the store and the employees get very hyped up. There is security on guard all day so that is great. There is a Walmart Target and WinCo not that far from here so you have options.

They have some of the most rudest staff there and the apparently close whenever they want because my husband just tried to go there to grab something really quick and it’s 10:40pm and they aren’t supposed to close until 11pm but they are already closed. This seems to happen a lot so I guess don’t go there any time after 10pm because they will probably be closed already.

The scanner gun didn't work in self checkout for cat litter and instead of getting assistance we got accusations and chased out of the store by employees when all they needed to do was to actually be helpful. The security guard was the one who admitted the scanning guns haven't been working properly in self checkout recently. The way we were treated by the employees of this store is ghastly and nobody in my household will be going here from now on. I will recommend friends shop somewhere else too. What an absolute disgrace!
