I'm waiting for my door. I arrived ahead of time in the hope of unloading. The time has already passed for my meeting. The parking lot is already full of trucks. The wait was more than 4 hours and the gate was not given. Terrible place

Unorganized and not helpful. When you pull up to the gate you have to get out and scan a code with your phone, check in online, park and wait for a door. Get a door, back in, go back into the office and check in there and get set up with the lumper. They will text you when they need payment and then you’ll get a text or phone call when the paperwork is done.

How can you set an appointment. then proceed to hold all trucks with trailer doors open running -10 F for over 4 hours before even starting to unload the product. Then corporate go out and say “ we are for clean air” also hire lumper service which then charges $150+ to also take you 3 hours or more to unload you. How about our time and money? When do we start getting paid to wait an entire day?

Very good DC. Appointment was 5pm. Check in 4pm. Done 5:30pm full reefer load. Spanish workers. Luxury restrooms in outside. Good job guys.???I was in shock in my experience, because all reviews was bad.

They have a parking area cannot park until one hour of delivery time. It would be easy to back into but they choose the hardest spots in the back where there is a building so you will have trouble because there are other trucks there. The lumber and the peolpe where nice. But it took me 6 hours to get unloaded. $428.00 dollars to unload me. Next time I'll unload myself and keep the money. 6 hours is not ok. Make sure you have a full clock. If you don't you will be getting a out of service.
