I miss Neal and Twee, I have been Using this pharmacy ever since the store was built and had good luck until last week. I try to sign up for a covid shot and it would not take my entry when I came to the state. I called a store that Friday and the person there said if I come in at 10 they can help me Saturday. I came in at 10 and the pharmacist said I would have to make an appointment, I explained to her what happened and that the person that answered the phone told me to come in at 10. She acted like I was lying to her and it insulted me. I got my shots at Costco with no wait.I have decided to give them another chance.

They actually know what they are doing and you get your meds on time. Friendly, competent, quick and reliable. The Albertsons pharmacy app is also easy to navigate and there are text reminders.

I have only One complaint. I wish the woman that works at the pharmacy would stop hanging up on customers. It's rude. There is a proper, adult way to end a conversation with someone, instead of just hanging up on them and cutting the conversation off.

The pharmacy here is 1000000 better than Safeway on sandy. The people at Safeway are beyond rude and entitled. Definitely taking all business here

Some cashiers don't know how to bag at all. I bought a salmon, the other day and veggie and tuna cans and he thought it was a great idea to put the salmon all the way at the bottom in the cans on top of the fish, not to mention how slow all of them are at checking out costumers. The best part is the mall cop with her earbuds in while talking a call and texting away.

This review is for the Floral Dept as we don't live in Portland and it's the only part of the store we visited. I called on our drive in and the girl was so helpful. I gave her a description of the balloon bouquet I was wanting. We were able to order and it was ready when we arrived. The balloons were exactly what we wanted for our Granddaughter. I didn't get the employees name but she was the only one working the Floral Dept on Thursday afternoon because she took time from her lunch break to help us! She was so nice and friendly and deserves kudos for being a great employee!

10/12/22, 3:00 PM. The whole meat and cheese isle was sweating profusely. I sure hope no one gets sick. Only one checker who repeatedly called for help. New manager finally came to help after 3 calls on the PA system. Long lines and customers are angry.

I am so sad we are moving out of NE. This store makes grocery shopping so pleasant. The people are always so helpful and happy. I also enjoy seeing the same folks over and over again. That really says good things about behind the scenes.

I really like the convenience of albertsons. I just wish they would do something about the sketchy dudes using the back parking lot to do drugs, chop up stolen cars, dump trash and deficate on the sidewalk. it makes us not want to shop there!

This is my local grocery store. If it weren't for the dynamic staff like Krystal and Sonny, along with an awesome store manager, who I think is new on the scene, Alex, after today's experience I would go to Safeway on Sandy, which is a little further. After finding all the items I needed and some I didn't, I went to the clearance section. Great area to shop in because there always seems to be some dynamic finds. As I getting my items rang up, Jose informs me that one of the items I found on the clearance shelf does not have a sticker indicating it was 50% off. I purchased several different spices, and all but one was marked clearance. Same brand, same size, just different spice. He goes on to tell me that he will not be giving me the discounted amount because the sticker is missing. I am in awe, because a simple call to someone to price check would have easily resolve this. But "no". He tells me I can purchase it for regular price, and that it. I decline to purchase the item, pay for my groceries and walk over to customer service and explain to Alex, the store manager what just transpired, who checks my receipt and gives me the item at 50% off. Having to go customer service was uncalled for and either the store employees need to be more empowered to make decisions like trusting a customer, or reaching out to management for approval of a sale, or Jose was being exceptionally rude and challenging. While I really wanted to say some choice words, I thought it better to go through the proper channels to resolve my issue. This really made me take a look at how good customer service is slowly but surely becoming "extinct". Jose was adamant about not going above and beyond. Is this what its come to? Safeway on Sandy is looking closer and closer. Oh, I remember! There are still some dynamite people in Albertsons on Cully!

Ah the Albertson's in Cully - good in a inch but not a place I would make an effort to shop at. That certainly comes across far worse than intended, I mean nothing ill about this store at all. The store is shoppable, lit well and stocked well but it is just in an area that I wonder if my car will be broken into while I am grabbing some deli food. Not a bad neighborhood per say, but not a place I want to hang out in very often.

Pharmacy tech wearing his mask around his neck in the middle of a pandemic? Unacceptable.
