Great experience start to finish! One morning my laptop wouldn’t power on anymore and as one does when they work strictly on their laptop I panicked, called a tech savvy friend who referred me to Minh and Airlink. He got me in the next day, diagnosed it the following day and had it fixed in 4 days for SUCH a reasonable price. He even followed up a few days later to make sure it was still working and let me know to bring it right back if it wasn’t perfect. Super grateful… and furiously backing up all my files. ?

After spending over 90 minutes and 3 different tech non-support people with our carrier, Minh was able to sovle the data connection issue in about 15 minutes.
The carrier tech people had me repeatedly check and change the same things and many reboots. Always from the same script, even after being promoted to level 2 support because the new phone refused to connect to a data channel.
Have also used Minh for years to fix or replace phones.
Highly recommended this store as he is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers

The person who works there is very friendly and also has very affordable prices. I went to him to get some screen protectors for my tables. He also fixed my computer.

I found Airlink online because I needed some information and possibly work on an old iPhone. When I called about my problem, he had me come in the next day, which was great. Minh was wonderful. He gave me options. He tested my phone. I needed a second phone so he helped me get a new track phone account because my old phone was too old for any new account and he did the work on the spot. I didn’t have to wait or make an appointment and the price was totally appropriate and, really, a bargain for what I got. Definitely five star. I would recommend him highly for any tech issues you might encounter. And if he’s unable to do the work in his shop, he will give you advice on where to go next. Really very helpful and honest.

Sometimes in a world where there is little care in customer service you run into a Gem.
While travelling for work I ran into a problem with my cell phone. Travelling from outside of the US, getting a replacement phone setup was not easy.
The owner connected my laptop to wifi, gave me a place to operate from while I called my provider and he helped with getting details to my provider to do an esim setup.
In what could be a stressful situation, he was just helpful and I felt under no pressure while getting this sorted out.
He also gave me sight-seeing tips while in the area while at it!
