I wanted to say that I was with another company, The name doesn’t need to be told. I was looking for a better car insurance at the beginning and saw progressive might be a good choice online. But I wanted an in person office to go to and it gave me a list near me near me. And I ran across is AIC INSURANCE AGENCY, Paul Lauritzo & Natalie Brown in Clackamas was AMAZING! No joke, I truly felt like Royalty.I needed a quote for car, home and business. I’ve never seen an office work together to find not only the lowest cost but compatible to my current policy. They were so relaxed and friendly, like I was welcomed into their family. Before that day was over, I had all 3 insurances covered at half what I was paying. The atmosphere was relaxed, but businesslike, the very, very knowledgeable in what they do. And they do it very well! I appreciate each, and everyone that helped me today, with smiles on their faces, which was about five people to help me get the right policies without a doubt, I would recommend this company to everyone. It’s a whole different experience than I’ve ever experienced.please call and experience their expertise. Thanks guys and gals, I truly appreciate everything that you did for me and so quickly.

When I was referred to AIC and Mr. Chris Green was going to be my possible agent, I was sold. We shared the same type of back ground and he was so pleasant. I felt like I have known him for ever. You won't meet an agent that works this hard as Mr. Green does. He will go to the ends of the earth for you. He did for us. You will have an agent and a new friend. He will even make you laugh. By God's grace, this is my second year in business and Chris Green saved the day, again. We had lots of questions for him because our business is growing and we need to make sure we have a solid foundation and are covered, as Chris says, for our first line of defense. He has called and spoke with me, texted and even took hours out of his day to come and meet me and explain it all in person. You can't get this old school service anywhere else. We feel loved, heard, and confident in our business, especially being covered through AIC. Thank you so much Chris!

My family has been clients of AIC Insurance Agency for over 10 years. We have been very pleased with their attentiveness to our insurance needs. We had to use the insurance for a major situation with our home...short version of the story...flooding in our crawl space of our 4 bedroom home back in 2012. I was very impressed with Chris Green's level of service. He worked very hard to find me the best deals available to my emerging small business and he was readily available to answer ANY questions I had. He worked on the weekend to get the necessary paperwork completed and even offered to drive 30 miles to hand deliver them. It is very hard to find this outstanding level of customer service. I would highly recommend Chris Green.

I worked with Tammi McEnaney to help resolve an issue with Progressive insurance. This wasn’t even her issue or fault, and she helped me through the entire process. She never complained, or made me feel like an inconvenience. This is absolutely how you maintain a healthy relationship with your clients. Her work with me has left a lasting impression, and a positive customer service experience. I would never imagine using another agent, or company. “WOW’s” across the board!!!
