This guy had his dogs chained outside in 15 degree weather. And has done it before he's had animal control and the police called on him multiple times. I suggest finding a different place for your car needs

They keep their dogs chained up. I would suggest that anyone who uses this company should boycott them seeing as though they have decided to treat their animals so poorly and inhumanly. Portland is know to be a animal friendly city and to see these creatures treated so poorly should be alarming to everyone. If your looking to protect your property get cameras. But please using animals to do so is upsetting.

These guys did a really nice job replacing my brake pads and calipers. Really quick and affordable. Would recommend.

Just a liar and cheat. Car looks nice and clean title. And the Moroccan guy Mejdi speaks a lot to make the customer convinced. You will understand after few days what you bought: a car or a problem. And this guy will not respond to your text and call after you report any problem!

Asked for them to check my transmission , they did the complete opposite and still happily charged $120 then when I went to go tell him about it and offered him to get in my car so he knew what I was talking about he completely ignored it .what a mechanic shop

Customer service is terrible. They cheat their customers by selling you used parts that don't work, they will tell customers its brand new. Do not trust this place.

My car was hit in the back and was fixed very well couldn't even till it was hit and it was only a couple of days. Great place I'll definitely go back again if I need to. Yeah

I took these guys to the court to get my money back for "storage and office fees". The judge agreed that it was illegal to demand money based on my permission to do the estimate. The estimate does not take several days! The mechanic lied to the judge that it took him 7 hours to take my bumper off and put it back to do the estimate! My car was drivable but they convinced me to leave my car for an estimate. The owner, Russian guy named Alex Pochtaryov already holds the court case for three years and it still open. So this business he registered on his wife. Later on, I found out that it is a typical scenario: they take a car, do not disclose any charges, then take bumper off, like it is not drivable and demand money to release it. People, estimate is FREE everywhere! I fell very sorry for Russian people who trust this Russian bodyshop, like I did. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. You will be very sorry.
