My sister and I came in this afternoon, after she had had a fall. We got great care! Each person who dealt with us was kind and helpful, from the check-in folks to the person who took vitals and background info, the x-ray tech, the person who gave a shot, and P-A Taylor. We were treated with dignity and respect and given clear instructions and reasoning. Thanks for the great care!

amazing care done in a timely manner, even without an appointment. Lovely and kind staff, Calliope and Dr. Anna were absolutely wonderful, efficient, and very friendly and reassuring. Highly recommend, this will be my new go to clinic.

Spent $300 just to be told I have to "ride it out." They determined after checking for flu and strep that it must not be bacterial and therefore not something that can be treated with antibiotics. It's now been two weeks and I am still dealing with these symptoms even while taking all the over the counter items suggested and following all the routine suggestions. I called back to see if there was anything they could do for some of these symptoms as it's going on two weeks and I am going on an international trip. Sure they MIGHT be able to help if I pay another hundred dollars for a telehealth session. I have already paid $300 just to be told to "ride it out" and now that it's been two weeks with the same symptoms they want more money for me to be seen again. I'm the same that I was two weeks ago. That's the problem. They said if I had come back in 10 days I could have been seen again for half price. But I did what I was told and tried to ride it out for two weeks with OTCs. The least they could have done is prescribed me some antivirals like they had mentioned as a potential during my visit. I'm leaving for London in three days. It's my first international trip. Now I get to go while dealing with these symptoms and I'm out several hundred dollars for literally nothing. Like it literally didn't help or do anything for me at all.I want to say this review isn't a reflection of the people who work here at all. Every single person was so sweet, kind, accommodating, and some of the loveliest health office staff I've ever encountered! My beef is with AFC Urgent Care practices and policies. Profit over people. As per usual in any American health care setting.

The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the provider, ANNA was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received. I highly recommend this place and their staff members, specially the provider, Anna.

I needed to find a urgent care with appointments for same day. We were able to book online easily. There was a bit of a wait that day but they were quick to let us know the expected time and offered rebooking of more convenient. We opted to stay and we're seem shortly.The medical staff that saw us were more than wonderful. They were kind, listened, and we're thorough. They even offered us refreshments while we waited. I would recommend.

I went there with a cough. They listened to my lungs and did a nasal swab. Then I received a bill for $1000. They didn’t tell me it wasn’t covered by my insurance!

From the receptionist to the nurse and phlebotomist to the doctor, everyone was so sweet and supportive. I felt very cared about and they took super good care of me. I was all trembling and shaky so they had me lay down on the examination bed with a cold press under my head. They all had an excellent bedside manner, so doting and concerned about my seizures. I just adored everyone there, this is the best clinical experience I've ever had. Simply superb. Amazing staff. The building was so spotless and smelled very nice. Just wonderful.

For 20 years I’d endured deteriorating “service” at another clinic to secure professionally required certification.Necessity required I look elsewhere. AFC’s NE Sandy facility got me through the process in less than 24 hours. They’re head-and-shoulders above my previous experience for wait time, need-focused service and patient engagement.
