Have you ever seen the scene in Love, Actually where Alan Rickman is buying his mistress a necklace and Mr Bean is packing it up in the most lavish, extravagant, over the top way? That’s how I felt here, absolutely pampered. My shop associate was so kind, remembered my name, answered all my questions, and was just wonderful.
