I took my Ford Transit Connect to Advanced Transmission. From the first conversation I had with Steve I knew this was going to be a great experience. He took the time to talk with me and get the whole story behind my transmission issues. When I told him I was in somewhat of a hurry to get my van fixed because I had to leave in two weeks for a bike race I was participating in halfway across the country he assured me it would be done in time. He is one of the nicest guys I've ever met and I could tell he was genuine in his word. He hires really good workers who are also very nice and will do whatever it takes to make your experience a good one. I couldn't be happier, my van is still going strong, and there is no other place I would ever take a vehicle for transmission repair. Thank you Steve!!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to for this place ! After my husband and I spent over a week calling multiple transmissions shops between here and Vancouver we found that this shop was the most honest most helpful shop Steve was very patient with us answered all our questions gave us suggestions on what we could try and do before brining our suburban into him he went above and beyond and out of his way to not only rebuild our transmission within a few days because he knew we desperately needed it to get our kids around but he also went out of his way to fix our horrible real main seal leak and fixed another issue on our suburban we were having I highly recommend not looking anywhere else for transmission work these people at this shop are so patient and amazing ! I’m so glad to have my suburban back and it’s running amazing !

Not only did they take the time to look at possible causes for my rough driving, but also invited me to come back to the shop a couple weeks afterwards to check their work and see if there was any leakage or other issues after their fix. That tells me that they want to do a great job and take care of their customers. That's more service than what I've received at other shops!Service: Transmission

Steve is a great and caring dude, knows what he's doing and helps make sure everything is ship shape. He went above and beyond working on a subaru outback CVT, which are infamously difficult and expensive, and did all he could to get my car back on the road. well I was there at your shop at the time that you schedule my appointment and I sat there in the office for 35 minutes while I watched him wait on people that we're doing whatever but if a company can't keep the time on an appointment I don't want to work on my car and that's what happened when I came to your shop I guess you were out of town.

Steve and the guys at this shop are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They replaced the transmission in my 2004 GMC Yukon XL and hasn't had a problem since. They even were open to me dropping by and having them make sure it was running smoothly a few months later. They are awesome! Would definitely go here again for any transmission, gear related problems!Service: Transmission

I have used this place 3 times now for my trucks. Transmission rebuild on a 1999, 1994, and a rebuild of the rear differential on a 2013 Chevy 3500 duramax. Service was professional and each time the pricing was competitive. Never had a problem after the work was done on all three trucks.
