The two people at the front counter were so kind, genuine, and welcoming. Colter did the nostril piercing and was so nice and explained each step of the process. As someone who didn’t have any piercings my biggest anxiety going in was the atmosphere-afraid it would be intimidating. And that was not the case. Very cozy, welcoming, and chill.

I've had multiple piercings from multiple shops in the past before I lived in Portland. My kiddo wanted their ears pierced and we heard Adorn was a great place. So far we've been in multiple times to swap their original jewelry out for spacers so we could get some imaging, and it's been incredibly easy every time. The staff is super supportive, and the space is super clean. They run a tight ship, which is always what I want from a piercing shop. Thanks for all the great work!
Cleanliness: Rooms are clean, needles come straight from packaging, gloves are worn, and the piercers are great at talking kids through all the scary parts and give them tons of agency.

I got my nips pierced here april 13th, 2024 by Zandr, he was awesome, professional, and quick. I chose him because after reading all the brief summaries, I instantly trusted him. Although everyone there has many many years of experience and seems trustworthy, I am glad I chose him. I have 0 pain after the day I got them pierced. They are perfectly straight, and the experience was awesome. Cool setting too. Remember to tip your piercer :) Cant show pics unfortunately

I went here to get a nose piercing put back in after an emergency medical procedure. My piercing was a little tricky to get back in due to being out for a day. The person putting the jewelry back in gave me alot of attitude telling me that next time I’m planning on taking the piercing out I should put spacer in. I explained to them that I didn’t have the option due to it being an emergency procedure and I couldn’t have planned it and the person showed no empathy and just snapped at me saying that I should have put one in anyway (I guess I should have told my doctors that I don’t want emergency life saving surgery I need to get a spacer for my nose ring). I’ve been in before to this shop other times to get jewelry put back in (when I did have the opportunity to put a temporary spacer in because they were planned) and have had great experiences. But this last experience was not it.

All I can say is wow. I'll be back, and not in a threatening Arnold Schwarzenegger way. More like I just want another piercing. They made it an amazing and comfortable experience through and through.

Love the environment in the shop!! Super cute place and the staff are amazing!!
I got a septum piercing and it was a bit pricey for me. I paid $132 (including tip).

I came in for a matching pair of piercings in a very sensitive place and my experience here was nothing less than exceptional! Their website is very clear about their importance on licensing and customer care. They were very knowledgeable and talked me through every step of the process before and while each step was happening. They were very caring and supportive! Prices for this particular piercing range a lot in this city, but I do not regret going with the high end. Adorn is worth every cent.

I got a septum piercing and my mom got an ear lobe piercing done by Cherish. We were able to snag a back to back appointment. Setting up the appointment was easy and straightforward. They send out a few reminder emails prior to your appointment including the intake form and aftercare video. When we arrived we had some time to look at jewelry and waiting just a few minutes while Cherish set up their station for us. When it was time to get pierced, Cherish was very thorough and explained everything step by step. They were shooting some jokes here and there which I appreciated because I was nervous. I freaking love my piercing and Cherish made the experience that much better. Highly recommend Adorn and Cherish! I'll definitely will be returning for future piercings.

I have been getting pierced at Adorn for almost a decade now and seeing Alex specifically for four, and I can confidently say I am a life long Adorn loyalist. The team is always so friendly and helpful, the jewelry options are stunning, and everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They might be pricier than other shops but in this case you absolutely get what you pay for. Alex specifically is such a joy to work with, I'm always so excited to see them and have only ever walked away thrilled. It's been so cool to watch their growth over the years. I moved out of Oregon three years ago and still make a point to go back and get a new piercing jewelry whenever I go back. I visited a month ago and am already looking forward to my next trip. They are the perfect piercer for anyone who wants a new piece and prioritizes a safe, comfortable experience. So much love for the whole crew!
