Ordered shoes from them online. The shoe was supposed to be delivered 11/29 but on trac shows they have not received the shipment yet. Chat up customer service to check up on the shipment, and says it seems that the shipment was lost in the warehouse. They offered to refund the amount and will give me 15% discount to buy the product again. With the current amount of the shoe even if I apply the 15% discount it will not amount to the same price. That is the only solution they have. Comparing this to Nike, they do a better solution. They will send you a new shipment and expedited shipping and will cancel the instance of the old order.

Wow, Adidas didn’t like my negative review so they had Google take it down? Thin skinned company that sells poor quality shoes.

I love the adidas brand and always have however the customer service has gone down hill and apparently no bone cares.My last call to customer service the representative MACARICAR did not know antyhting about the point system. I had a simple question which turned into a nightmare because every time she put me on hold for 3-4 minutes she would come back and tell me something that had nothing to do with my question. Then asked me for the last 4 of my credit card when my question had nothing to do with my last pure chase.It got to the point of ridiculousness a whopping 44:18 minutes on the phone and I finally asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold 5 times each time telling me I was holding for a manager but then coming back and asking for my phone number for a manager to call me 24 hours later.She was putting me on hold with no intentions of getting a manager on the phone. Adidas needs to do better if it wants to keep their customers because I for one will go elsewhere if it means better customer service.

What happened with the quality? My Adidas shoes only lasted 6 months and look like this now. Holes everywhere.. pretty bad for the price.

These guys are nothing but thieves! Not only that, how does a corporation try to take over other brands by going behind their back? Especially someone as influential as Kanye (YE) now the world knows what kind of disgusting business deals goes behind closed doors. If these people can try to steal, freeze assets etc..why trust them?

Adidas give conflicting information between phone reps and chat reps. They will lie to you and try to rob you. They will offer no recourse except to attempt to send a coupon so you can spend more money with these thieves.

Customer service has been no help i’ve called twice. I ordered a package a week ago paid for shipping label has been created and it’s still sitting out their warehouse they can’t give me any information about when it will actually be sent or picked up. We like Adidas because it stands up to the way my kids tear up shoes that’s why I gave it two stars. But because of this I don’t know if I will ever order from the Adidas website again. I have never in my 30 years had this bad of an experience ordering something online.

Employee Darrien P has been drinking in the neighborhood and harassing bar staff both in person and via yelp reviews.She took exception to the bar's vaccination requirements.This is absolutely unacceptable and Adidas should think twice about their policies around what their employees get up to on business trips...Shame on you Adidas for bringing such an awful person to a local business that is trying to make ends meet and protect their employees.Shame on you.

would give zero if I could. $280 shoes fell apart less than 2 months (50 hours) of use. Contacted Adidas, went through their process for refund request; sent pictures, item #, production date, receipt....they determined product defective and sent return label, I sent them in, they confirmed receipt (May 17), said a refund/voucher would be issued in 28 business days. I called last week of June because I received nothing. They told me it would be July 1. I called on July 5 because still nothing. They told me supervisor would call in 24-48 hours. I called back July 9 because no one contacted me. Again told supervisor would call in 24-48 hours. I called back again on July 12 because no one called, again told same thing. Called again July 15 and told same thing. They won't let me speak to a supervisor, they have my money and they now have the defective product. It has been 2 months and no one is providing any clarity. If you are purchasing a product from Adidas thinking they will stand behind their product. please don't. Go somewhere else. They will not honor their pledge.
