I cannot come up with any complaints about how beautiful and modern these Adidas buildings are. They have their own small soccer field inside. Right now, they don't have any visitor programs but I wish I could get into these buildings once to see the inside. Thank you for serving our communities with high-quality clothes and shoes

Their customer service has been down for 3 days now I got double charged and their sending the items to a wrong address..... all they tell me is to call back in another 24hrs ..

Waiting for some answers....Adidas blames Meijer & Meijer Adidas.... hum?!Let's see how this plays out...Male to Female...same slide different prices...Update: I guess there seems to be miscommunication between Adidas-Vendors-Meijer like companies who sell their products; no sound answers.

It is sad day when Veterans are not respected at the Adidas City Block store in California! In a nutshell i was in the process of buying some items from that store, asked if they gave a military discount they said yes , but in order to get the discount i had to go threw a app i explained to them the app is extremely slow do to there internet coverage. I had my veterans ID the manager wouldn't except it. Wow!!! never shopping there again!!!!!

Ordered some items from addidas tp ne picked up from a store.waited over 10 days no communication from addidas and my account was charged but no items to pick up.called customer service. Waste of time.did not get any help but tell me to keep waiting for my items.never shopping from them will stick to nike.more profesional .

The worse customer service, customer service supervisors etc. I’ve had several issues stemming from a customer service representative deliberate attempt to sabotage my account which has caused all kinds of havoc and I’ve been waiting since January 7th to have the issues fixed, reversed and reimbursed and as of today still nothing. I’ve given them everything but my blood type and still no one has done anything to correct this situation. I’ve called corporate in the U.S. and in Germany still nothing.

I ordered a pair of $150 sneakers for my son for Christmas. They don’t fit and I called for an exchange. Apparently I ordered 4 days before the holiday window began 11/16. But they were delivered during the window. No go. Customer service refused to accommodate my exchange even though I was willing to spend more money. I requested to speak with a supervisor and they refused my request every time I asked. Have been a long time customer of adidas but no more. They’re customer service is the worst
