Rusty, at AA-RV is the place to go. He does good work for a reasonable price and he's Honest. I have had him work on more than one of my RV's. Always a pleasant experience!

This is a funny little place, basically a one man shop, run by Rusty who is quite the character. I was delighted with the work he did, figuring out why my monoxide and smoke detectors weren't working, fixing some wiring, and checking out my generator. He did the work while I waited and was very willing to talk with me about what he was doing while he worked. He doesn't schedule more jobs than he can handle and therefore doesn't make you "leave it for a few days", like a lot of other big RV shops. Yes, the office is grubby, the staff have tattoos, everyone smokes, and the grammar used is less than Ivy league educated level... However, if you want honesty, fair pricing, a wealth of experience, and good trouble shooting...this is your place.

I went to AA-RV to have a 5th wheel hitch put in. Rusty was professional, did a great job and his price was lower than most that I have found. If I need RV work I will take it to him first.

I called this place at the recommendation of the first reviewer, and regret doing so. First, I didn't get a return phone call for two days. Second, I drove down there for another RV issue to get a part, described the part I needed, and came home with the wrong part--even after showing the guy the outdated water filter I was replacing. Another thing of note...the front office was filthy. Food scraps everywhere, papers scattered on the floor/desk, overflowing trash can. In the back, where I was told to go browse their "display" of parts (I needed a taillight cover) a teenage-looking girl was chain-smoking while a young boy was going on and on about AK-47s. A conversation I'd get into, as a gun nut, but I wanted to get out before choking on the smoke. (Note, I'm also a smoker...it was that bad). Overall, freaking strange. Anyway, I'm not going to be taking my RV there anytime soon. Nothing about the business gave me any confidence, though I will admit the owner himself was friendly.

If you need your RV worked on or a hitch installed, then this is the place. Rusty the owner does most of the work himself with the help of his employee. His prices are excellent, lower then anywhere around. His work is exceptional, he has often repaired other things on my RV that he found at no charge. This is the only RV repair shop that I've been to that I didn't feel ripped off afterwards.
