One of our favorite bookshops in Portland! Perfect size so we don't get overwhelmed. Easy to find and always well-stocked. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love that they have a small adult section too.

This review is for the online store. Before Christmas they advertised free shipping, and returns. Now that Christmas is over, I needed to return some pajamas that were too big. I was told I would have to pay for shipping to return the pajamas. That is not what they advertised. I was told its only free if you return to the store ( of course that's free ), but thats not what was advertised. . Because of the false advertising, I will no longer purchase from the childrens place.

Love this local book shop. They have a great selection and if they don't have something they will gladly order it for you. We have also used them to order class set donations for local schools which had worked out great. Wonderful customer service !

I love this store. I just went by to pick up a book from there adult reading section and was met with such friendliness. They have a great section with Black and POC authors, and you can either swing by if you know what book you want or make an appt to browse the store. I'm making a point to shop locally and this place is definitely going to be a go to. Highly recommend!
