Cody is the best kind of salesman. He responds quickly to questions sent via email/facebook/texts/calls. He is easy to talk to---no pressure. He strives for a win-win sale. His prices are very fair. He only purchases vehicles that have a good Carfax report and pass a thorough inspection. Definitely recommend folks consider buying a car from him and his team.

It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and Cody made the process so incredibly smooth. No pressure, no shadiness. We had great conversations while test driving two cars before he helped me pick the right one. I’d brought my computer to work during what I figured would be a lot of waiting around but never even opened it as things moved along so swiftly! Don’t hesitate to work with Cody.

We found Cody and his Dealership on facebook when we were looking for a van and he had the size we needed at a great price, but we were leery from past experiences from other dealers. When we got there Cody greeted us warmly and remembered the conversation we had on Facebook and which vehicle. Without hesitation he grabbed the keys and told us to take it for a spin. No pressure, no collateral, just try it out. It ran great, had more power then expected, and was a great deal. We checked the vehicle out and they had topped everything off, recently changed a few parts they were concerned about and was just great. We went to Cody's office and paperwork was quick, including filing everything with DMV (for a fee of course) and we were in and out in like 30 min. By far the best auto experience I have ever had. We will be back in the future even though its a bit of a drive. Thanks Cody.

My son was looking to buy his first car and we ended up having the best car buying experience at A Better Car Dealership! We were initially leery after shopping around at a few other used car dealers in Portland, but Cody at ABCD was just awesome: no pressure, let us test drive 4-5 different cars, answered all of our many questions, and recommended a great place for lunch too :) Once we picked out the car we wanted (a Toyota Prius), Cody went above and beyond to address a bunch of minor issues that he didn't have to do, but did anyway (like fix a loose piece of molding, locate a cargo cover, etc.). Truly a dealership that lives up to its name!! 100% recommend.

These guys were amazing from start to finish. There was no pressure whatsoever when looking at or test driving the vehicle. There were no surprises when driving the vehicle. The most impressive part is that we had already agreed to buy the vehicle as it was and they went above and beyond to install the new stereo for us.
