I went dress shopping here for the first time and Rae made my experience so fun and easy! She made me feel so comfortable during the process and her expertise was clear; she heard my style requests and pulled the perfect dresses to help me confirm what I liked and I eventually narrowed in on my dream dress during the inital appointment <3 I had a large group supporting me and everyone had a blast! Thank you, Rae, and a&be bridal shop!

I had such a great time at a&be bridal shop!!! My stylist was Rae(sorry if I missed spelled it) and she walked me through the whole process seamlessly. We tried on a lot of dresses that were wild cards and some that where close to what I wanted to really get an idea of what was my perfect dress. And by the end of it Rae had pulled out a dress that was not only in my budget but was everything I wanted and more!!! I definitely recommended coming here, the staff is so friendly and they made my shopping experience extra special!!!

Rae was my stylist for both of my appointments and made the experience so beautiful and easy. From the time I got engaged, I knew I just had to schedule a visit to a&bé. Before my appointment, Rae called me to get to know what I was looking for and the overall vibe of my wedding. When I arrived to my appointment, she walked me through what to expect, took me on a tour of the shop, and then pulled dresses one at a time for me to try. In between each dress, she asked me questions to help gauge what I was looking for. I left my first appointment with a favorite and confident. Rae didn’t ever apply pressure to purchase before I was ready, but also guided me towards what I wanted. When I came two days later for a second appointment and had a completely new game plan, she was so open and ready to help me. Rae made me feel so special and I am so glad I got to work with her! The whole shop seemed to be full with happy stylists, and anyone would be lucky to have any of the stylists!

I had an appointment with A & be for my wedding dress last week. My attendant was Brooke and she was very helpful. She understood my style quickly and pulled lots of dresses for me. They have a decent sized collection in store to try on and even more they are able to order online.I chose to go with them for a dress I had tried on at a different (more corporate) shop but decided to support a small business and buy from them. She was able to price match the other store's price. They answered all my questions and the process has been easy so far!

Maya Harper was AMAZING. She was so good at catering her selections to my style preferences and body type. She respected my budget (more than I did). She never made me feel pressured and encouraged me to critique dresses as much as possible. She was very detail-oriented and truly listened to everything I said. She found my dream dress for me and made the day seamless, stress-free, and so memorable! Thank you Maya!!

LOVE! Rae is an amazing bridal stylist. She had read through all of the notes I gave before my appointment (shockingly not the norm at other places I went to before), asked thoughtful questions about what I did or didn’t like, made me feel comfortable + confident the whole time, and was incredibly patient as we carefully found the perfect dress.She knew I needed to sleep on it after my Friday appointment and fit me in to make a decision on Sunday morning.My friends were all very impressed with her too.The shop had a great selection of designers/dresses. I was set on one designer, but ended up getting a dress from a different one!Cannot say enough good things about my time here and cannot wait to come back when my dress is ready!!

I worked with Eva and she was absolutely perfect!! She had all the right questions, made so many good points, and did not shy away from being honest either (which I love). I could not have asked for a more perfect stylist!The shop itself was perfect as well! Everyone there made me feel so comfortable, and they even asked if I had music requests before hand and played them during my whole appointment! I was very anxious about dress shopping beforehand and Eva and everyone else at the store made it so easy and stress-free. The dress options were also incredible, I ended up finding my dream dress on my second try-on!Overall 10/10 experience, this was the first and only dress shop I visited and I'm so glad it was!

Cassandra was the absolute best stylist, she was so kind and so patient with me as I navigated this process. She allowed me to come back after I was torn between a couple dresses. She was never pushy and went at my pace. I could not have asked for a better stylist through this process. She literally designed my perfect dress!! Taylor the manager, was also very kind and encouraging. Taylor and Cassandra made this process so special for me. I can’t thank them enough for helping to make this experience so amazing!

I loved my experience at a&bé. Maya was an exceptional stylist. I’m a naturally indecisive person, but Maya asked great questions to help me understand what I did and didn’t like which really helped me narrow down my decision. I truly went into this not expecting to find a dress I liked because shopping is never a thing that I enjoy. I was so surprised when I felt beautiful in literally every single one of the dresses, and I was struggling to choose just one! When I found my dress, for how gorgeous it was I fully expected it to be anywhere from $200-$1000 over budget, because I thought that’s just how these things go. As it turns out, Maya didn’t put me in a single dress that was outside of my budget, which I think is so incredible. I felt so respected and like she had my best interest in mind which was the cherry on top of a great experience. I would recommend a&bé to any Portland bride and you won’t be disappointed if you ask for Maya!

Wonderful time trying on dresses! I only had a small idea of what I wanted and had not tried on anything yet. We started with a dress I knew I liked the look of and went from there! It was a great experience. Brooke was great at asking the right questions to determine what each dress was lacking compared to my dream dress and even showing how a dress could be customized to achieve my dream all with in my budget.

Astrid was wonderful! She helped me find my wedding dress during my first appointment by listening so well and picking a beautiful dress I probably wouldn't have found on my own! I'm grateful for how kind and helpful she was through the whole process. I definitely recommend a&bé for their excellent customer service and beautiful wedding dresses.

Not only was it a fun experience, but I also saw a wide variety of styles during my visit which can be challenging to do. Such a lovely little shop!Astrid was so wonderful throughout my appointment. Loved the way she took me through the gowns prior to even trying anything on, highlighting designers, theirs styles/vibes, and price points. She was taking notes every time I stopped and spent extra time looking at a dress. She was incredibly respectful and aware of the top end of my budget (she gently steered me away from even looking too hard at gowns that were outside it!), and while she did pull one gown that was above budget, she let me know upfront and there was no pressure to actually try it on. She clipped the gowns securely but not so tight it was uncomfortable (unlike another shop I went to). When it was clear we had found our "gold standard" gown was when she broke out the bridal accessories - including some really fun options beyond the traditional veil.Taking my measurements was quick but thorough and very professional, and she even checked in with me prior to discussing my specific numbers/sizing. She walked me through their contract, answered all of my questions, and gave excellent recommendations for how to approach alterations.While I ultimately ended up not purchasing a gown through their shop, I cannot recommend them - and Astrid specifically - enough! She congratulated me on finding my gown, and still followed up with a list of recommended seamstresses for alterations. Will definitely be coming back for an accessories appointment!
