We were recommended (by their other store), to come here, because they have a lot more of jewelry and a jeweler that can answer any of questions. It wasn't very far, so we decided to detour home and go visit them. There were at least 3-4 people behind the counter, in one location and only one other new customer (3 total, walked in at the same time), and NO ONE BOTHERED to help me. Yes, I would have been tempted to be an impulse buyer, but decided to leave. The other customer, was also looking around, and waiting for someone to go help him, but as we were heading out the door, those 3-4 people behind the counter were congregated together, like they didn't want to be bothered!

I purchased 2 bows from pond Central. They had amazing customer service and were more than willing to work with me on the prices. I highly suggest going there before you purchase anywhere else. Also a one Hawk has amazing inventory and very friendly customer service. You should definitely check out these two stores before shopping elsewhere

Great reviews but went in to sell my portable AC unit I bought for over $450 6 months ago, just to get told that she’d offer less than $100 because it’s not “in season”. Air conditioning is not a seasonal thing. I asked if she wants to offer me something real, they could at least have it in stock. Still was a no. So be careful yall! Make sure whatever you’re trying to sell is “in season.” Lame excuse.
