Today around 4pm, my wife and I came to the store to buy a few snacks. We were trying to use her app as it has many unused points. The masked lady behind the counter was arguing with a customer about it he paid $5 or $5.25. So, when it came to our turn, she was still being rude and snipped at us for not knowing how to use the app. Now, I understand that the area isn’t the greatest and maybe the clientele isn’t the best, but it doesn’t give her the right to be rude! Her job is to provide customer service to 7-eleven customers! Needless to say, this particular 7-eleven won’t be seeing any of my money anymore!

I shop here every day on my way to work and get along with the manager and staff, however yesterday I noticed a charge of $8 to my debit card that I did not recigniz nor did I make because I was at work at 7:18am. I spend $10.47 when I for 3 tuns of ON pouches, so I called bank, ordered a new debit card and will use cash there from now on, nobody therecould help me with transaction records at that time.
