We (two friends and I) visited this store during our trip to Portland in mid-November because it was conveniently located right across from our hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.
We went in around midnight, but the cashier informed us that there was no food ready — not even the pizza slices advertised in the store. When we asked if a fresh pizza could be made, he said we would need to purchase the entire pizza because they do not sell individual slices at that time, which makes the advertised slice-and-pop deal misleading.
We also asked whether there were any vegetarian options available that he could prepare, but he ignored the question and did not make any effort to assist us. The staff felt unhelpful and unresponsive, which was very frustrating, especially given the location’s convenience.
Overall, despite being close by, the poor service and lack of available food mean I would not recommend this store.

This is a bad place the crew does not deserve to have jobs. Super rude and I saw the younger guy yell at a female coworker like she was garbage. It was so bad I almost called the cops

To the owners of this 7-eleven, this location is way too busy not to have two workers. Your cashier is busy and not any edible hot food at 2:30pm. The store is trashed and very disgusting. Your feet stick to the floor throughout the store. Nothing is stocked and you lost a lot of sales in the short time I was in there because there was no hot food ready. Shame…..

this was the nastiest gas station i have EVER been to. this store should be condemned. i have never been in a more disgusting bathroom. the staff were so rude . 7eleven needs to shut this place down or get new owners.

They do not give correct change. Charge $1.69 for an item and can’t be bothered to have Pennies? Got $0.30 in change. Where’s my penny! Penny thief’s!
Edit: In reply, you can break open that $0.50 roll of Pennies in the register and give proper change. This is a recurring issue.

You guys rip people off then wanna sit and stare at us like we are doing something wrong, I went in to buy a 10ft cord for my husband's phone it says 15.99 on the sign and I read the tag to make sure it says 15.99 for the cord in my hand and it matches but it rang up for 17.99 the lady didn't even try to fix it to make it right and said most that stuff is in the wrong spot but it matches everything on the tag where it's hanging. You guys should be ashamed of yourself that's not how you treat customers. And the guys are always rude as hell.

This 7-Eleven is an excellent choice for travelers along Highway 84!
