Worse 7-eleven I’ve been to so far, the cashier was completely incompetent with his cashier equipment, he didn’t know how to specify an amount to be charged on the card reader, the most basic of any cashier tasks. He was eating and had chocolate all over his face and called me a liar when I said most places can specify an exact amount on the card reader, he didn’t look old enough to be out past midnight and it was 3:45am. Completely rude and the self entitlement and lack of appreciation for his job was thick.

I've made multiple deposits onto my card after 5pm, this guy just has no clue what he is doing. So he will lie and tell you no. Any other employee will do it.12/28/23 6:50 Pm

No cheese or chilli! This place was good all the time when I use to live on the corner. But now it seems like they are cutting back on stuff. The worker is chill but I don't get why they don't put a sign up to say no Chilli or cheese. Only this location does that.

I went in to get a Big Bite, but after this experience decided against it. They have no gloves or anything, the big bite dogs were slightly over cooked and the buns were not warmed up. I was going to overlook it all and get big bite and just use the microwave but quickly changed my mind after seeing this. This store unsanitary and just act like they don't care about the customers.

At 8:45am Thursday September 21st was having extreme heartburn only had $2.40 in change praying it was enough for tums they were $2.29 walked up to register cashier said 2.69 dig in my car for more change couldn't find enough went back gave her 2.40 more than enough got kicked out of store after 40 years of being loyal customer because cashiers terrible attitude laziness

Over the past years I've avoided this shop whenever possible. I have three local markets, each one-half mile away. We try 7-11 only when no option exists, in part because of general dislike of the chain. Nearly every time I or my mate have been there we've experienced horrible service and incompetence; attempts at theft by iffy people loitering in-store or near doors; and lack of product or visible pricing. Wheelchair access unreliable with stock and signage blocking aisles at times. It takes a lot of not caring for a little market to be this bad and they seem to getting worse over time. I don't think anyone should ever go there and certainly not at nighttime. Regarding this location only, I give one star for the one memory of a competent caring clerk (many years ago). My view is from couple-dozen+ visits over the past decade, from ten years ago to last week (so bad it made me write this review).

Been going here every morning around 4 am on weekdays to get my coffee and snacks before work because I pass by here every day and they are (or were ?) the only ones open and I remember thinking how much I appreciated that (even downloaded the app and everything), but recently for the past 2 days it was locked whenever I go and today I saw this handwritten sign on the front door saying they're closed every morning from 3 am-5 am.

They let vagrants take over and trash the parking lot, along with open drug use in front of their door. Why would any sane person want to come here?
