I've racked up enough about this store to give a proper review. The employees of this store seem to be the children of the manager, bc like father, like son, right (they aren't actually the managers kids)? The people who work there, manager included, are rude as all he'll. I've had, and seen, the manager and employees become aggressive. I personally had an employee try and pocket my change twice. It's absolutely no good.

Don't use their ATM. I hardly ever use my debit card but recently pulled cash out here, within a week someone was trying to pull money out of my account from another ATM in Portland while I was out of town with my card. Very high likelihood my numbers were stolen from this ATM machine.

Cashiers have abysmal customer service
The guy who works here week nights after 10 is the worst he barely speaks and when he does he’s one of the rudest men I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with.
How can this man keep his employment with such a horrible sour attitude? Why are half the entrances closed off after 9pm?
What a sad sad sad excuse for a “convenient” store

The guy at the counter literally told I couldn't get a pizza just he didn't feel like cooking it. Worst customer service I've ever received consistently comes from this location and they need all new staff

Ugh, worst 7-Eleven ever
Okay, this specific 7/11 is a whole dumpster fire. Should've been renamed 9/11; The main day time guy who runs it there acts like they HATE customers. Seriously, do they train employees to be rude or is it just natural talent?
And don't even get me started on the horchata. It's basically flavored water – where's the creaminess, the spice? It's a rip-off, plain and simple.
Honestly, I'd rather walk barefoot on LEGO than go back into that store. Yikes.

Older taller peppered beard and hair clearly did not want to help his customers win the day. I see a deal for 3 taquitos and a *19.2* oz can (not your normal 16oz monster can) for $4. Cool, I want that deal. Oh, ran out. "Sorry, too bad."
Wow. Bait and switch, much? 1 star for lack of pride of wanting a great store. Clearly he doesn't want customers to come back.

Not 24 hours a closes at 2am and opens at 5am. Although they advertise 24/7 has happened multiple times. guy closes the store when he doesn't want to deal with anyone. And lockes the door and just looks at you like your and idiot. And picks who gets to go in.

Cashiers always on phone (on earbuds) when I walk in. I personally wouldn't even care, but they treat doing what you ask of them is some major inconvenience.

The guy who works here is the rudest convenience store clerk I have ever encountered. If you can’t be bothered to get off your phone long enough to help a customer with a simple question and you make it your job to treat everyone poorly, please go into another line of business that isn’t customer facing. There are also consistently problems with inventory and many items being out of stock. I will never give another dime to this location, especially with a Plaid Pantry a couple blocks away.

Walked over late at night to get a Gatorade for my wife. Has a "Closed. Thank you" sign hand written on the window, which by itself is fine everyone needs breaks. I walk back an hour and a half later same sign still closed. At least have the courtesy to put when you will open back up so people don't waste their time.

There's a young man over there who is absolutely stupid. Literally have to count change for him and he's rude. He doesn't seem to want to work there and is being forced to do so.This store doesnt let you redeem your money off at the cash register. There's another seven eleven on auburn and madison, go there. Also even though this location is listed on Google that it's 24 hours it absolutely is not. So add fraud to the list of things this store likes to do, as Google pays you to be listed as 24 hrs.
